After-class physical education service has become one of the important ways to promote the healthy growth of adolescents,which is also a novel research topic of school physical education development.Changsha is the capital city of Hunan Province,which can play a role as a window.By studying the status quo of after-class physical education service in Yuhua District of Changsha City,Changsha City can play a model role,so that other areas in Hunan Province can learn from its successful experience in after-class physical education service.Yuhua district elementary school under the leadership of the policy support and the relevant departments to carry out the after-school service work,can help parents to solve trouble back at home,students at the end of the day after culture courses on a variety of sports,students according to their own physical quality and hobbies to choose favorite sport,since in obtained trust and support from most of the parents,However,there are still many practical problems to be solved in the concrete practice.This topic adopts the method of literature and investigation to study the after-school physical education service of primary schools in Yuhua District of Changsha City.Research results :(1)Changsha Yuhua District Primary School after-school sports service two kinds of organization management mode overall management situation is good,but the management mode of internal organization and the third party organization management mode supervision degree also has certain difference.(2)In the process of carrying out the service,the internal contracting institutions and the third-party institutions actively respond to the policy documents and implement them in strict accordance with the contents of the documents.The development situation has been well evaluated by students,parents and teachers,(3)Students have certain differences in choosing institutions for services.The projects received by the outsourcing service institutions are diversified,which makes students have more choices;The third party institutions choose less projects,and the students choose more single;There are some differences in the time period of service for students.The service time of internal contracting institutions is concentrated after school every day,and the service time of third-party institutions is after class and after school.(4)Schools need a lot of after-school sports service funds to improve the service quality,but schools and institutions charge fees and arrange class hours in strict accordance with the documents,so that students can achieve the basic amount of exercise time;The teaching methods of after-school sports service are mainly in the form of interest groups and associations.Because the age level of the students and their mastery of the project are not consistent,it shows that the teaching methods are not perfect.(5)Teachers are mainly composed of school teachers and coaches of third-party organizations,aged between 21-40,with different teaching qualification levels,teaching years of 1-9 years,and most of them have bachelor's degree.Due to the different professional counterparts of teachers,there are some differences in the level of teaching.(6)Students,parents and teachers are basically satisfied with the evaluation of the satisfaction of the organization,students get exercise,parents can solve the problem,but in the specific satisfaction survey results of the two organizations,the overall evaluation of the third-party organization is slightly higher than that of the internal service organization.According to the problems of after class sports service,the following suggestions are put forward :(1)Actively respond to relevant national policies and increase investment in services.It can reduce students' academic burden,make students grow up healthily and comprehensively,and make students not waste time after class.Students voluntarily choose sports service items that they are interested in.At the same time,it can also reduce the problems that parents worry about.On the basis of document support,it can provide students with diversified service items and implement a variety of teaching methods,Different teaching methods are given to students at different levels;The state and relevant departments should increase capital investment in services,cooperate with relevant institutions,and strive for financial support and equipment support,so as to meet the equipment and equipment needed for services and ensure service quality.(2)School overall management service organization.Institutions should pay more attention to the safety management of students,and increase the sense of security students need in service;The school should unify the management of the two institutions,unify the standards in strictly controlling the assessment of teachers,optimize the teaching staff and improve the service quality;Unify the charging standards,reduce the burden of parents,make the institutions gradually towards normalization,and do a good job in livelihood projects;Actively lead students to participate in the service of traditional sports,so that the traditional sports culture can be inherited,sports culture can be lasting;Carry out the characteristic sports in line with the actual situation of our school,so that the school can shape the characteristic campus sports culture.(3)Parents' full support.The school should enrich the sports service items,let parents also participate in the service,make parents and students participate in after-school sports service together,make parents experience the real feelings of participating in sports service,change parents' views and concepts on sports,and dispel parents' concerns about sports service in the service process,Let parents fully understand the spiritual and physical benefits of sports services to students,so that parents actively guide students to participate in after-school sports services,and then support the development of services,promote the smooth development of after-school sports services.
