Research On The Current Situation And Optimization Path Of Middle School Swimming Teaching In Donghu District Of Nanchang City

In 2006,the general office of the Ministry of Education issued the "emergency notice on effectively preventing drowning accidents and further strengthening swimming safety education for primary and secondary school students",and in 2020,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and improving school sports work in the new era" and other policy documents,To guide students to master swimming knowledge and skills.At the same time,due to the rich water area of Donghu District,Nanchang City,there is a great risk of drowning,so there is a certain demand for swimming teaching in this area.Therefore,this paper takes the middle school swimming teaching in Donghu District of Nanchang City as the research object,using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics,Interviews and questionnaires were conducted among school leaders,physical education teachers and middle school students in 11 schools,including Nanchang No.3 middle school,Nanchang No.19 middle school,Nanchang No.2 Middle School,Nanchang No.10 middle school,Nanchang experimental school,Nanchang No.28 middle school,Nanchang No.15 middle school,Nanchang No.81 middle school,Nanchang No.30 middle school,Nanchang Yuxin middle school and Nanchang Yuzhang middle school.This study will investigate and analyze the basic situation,teachers,students,existing problems and optimization path of swimming teaching in Donghu District Middle School of Nanchang City,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation for the development of swimming teaching in Donghu District Middle School of Nanchang City and provide a theoretical basis for improving the quality of swimming teaching.In view of the current situation and existing problems of swimming teaching in middle schools of Donghu District,Nanchang City,this paper puts forward the following optimization paths,including: first,enrich the swimming teaching objectives,enhance the diversification of organizational forms;second,innovate the swimming teaching mode,strengthen the standardization of assessment and evaluation;third,make rational use of teaching resources,improve the scientific allocation of resources;fourth,improve the quality of swimming teaching Fifth,adjust the structure of physical education teachers to maximize the use of teachers.Based on the analysis of the basic situation,teachers and students of swimming teaching in middle schools of Donghu District,Nanchang City,the following conclusions are drawn: first,there are few middle schools offering swimming teaching in Donghu District,and the satisfaction of teachers and students is low;second,the swimming teaching facilities in Donghu District are insufficient,and the security needs to be improved;third,the structure of swimming teaching teachers in Donghu District needs to be optimized The teaching level needs to be improved;fourth,middle school students’ swimming learning is mainly based on internal motivation,supplemented by external motivation;fifth,middle school students’ mastery of swimming skills is not mature,learning time is not enough;sixth,the main position of swimming safety education is school,students lack of autonomy.
