The balanced development of compulsory education is an important direction to improve our education system and promote the rational allocation of teachers.For a long time in the past,due to the comprehensive influence of the input of educational resources and the willingness of teachers to flow in different regions,China has shown an uneven distribution of teachers' resources in basic education.In particular,high-quality teacher resources in urban and rural areas and different school areas in urban areas show greater differentiation.Unreasonable allocation of teachers' resources and irregular flow of teachers in compulsory education have had a negative impact on the balanced development of compulsory education in China.This paper focuses on the empirical study on the balanced development of teacher mobility in compulsory education in LD areas,and analyzes the current situation of teacher mobility in LD areas by means of questionnaire.On the basis of educational fairness and incentive theory,the questionnaire is designed to investigate the mobility of teachers in compulsory education stage in LD district,and to obtain the relevant data of teachers' mobility in LD district,including the number of teachers' mobility,the age of mobile teachers,the professional title of mobile teachers,the reasons reasons for mobility.By means of exploratory factor analysis,the main influencing factors of teacher mobility in LD area are economic factors,school management factors,teaching factors and individual family factors.The results of Granger causality analysis show that the four influencing factors of teacher mobility will have obvious causality for teacher mobility intention,which is the Granger reason of teacher mobility intention.At the same time,the problems existing in the flow of compulsory education teachers in LD areas are found.The outflow image of rural teachers with weak educational resources is strong,the average post retention time of rural teachers is short and frequent,the outflow structure of teachers in areas with weak educational resources is unreasonable,and the flow management of rural compulsory education teachers is chaotic.The causes of these problems are the weak attraction of the teaching resources of compulsory education in villages and towns,the imperfect system of teacher establishment and retention time,the imperfect management mechanism of the structure of teachers in villages and towns,and the unreasonable management system of compulsory education schools in villages and towns.Based on this,four suggestions are put forward to perfect the performance system of township teachers' salary,perfect the management system of compulsory education schools,strengthen the input of rural compulsory teaching resources,and construct a mechanism to meet the demands of teachers' individual families,in order to optimize the current situation of teachers' mobility in LD areas.
