Higher education and regional economic coordinated development question is hot research field of economics of education in recent years. Research and development of higher education and regional economic interaction, coordination development, from a macro perspective, to promote the development of economy, the progress of the society, the country’s prosperity and people’s living standards improve, gradually narrow the gap between regions, realize the township domain level and county level, regional level, provincial level, national level and global level, the balanced development of economy and society, and inject more harmonious factors to the economic globalization, to achieve sustainable regional development momentum and energy.Taking yunnan province as the range scale, selection of 14 cities in yunnan province in the development of higher education and regional economic development of relevant indicators to measure the coordinated development between education and economy is the problem.
