Traditional classroom teaching adopts a unified teaching mode,which has its advantages,but it is difficult to take into account the needs of different students to a certain extent.Hierarchical teaching is a kind of teaching method,which focuses on the differences of students' personality development,teaches students in accordance with their aptitude and makes each student develop at their own level.Hierarchical teaching is the stratification of the whole teaching activity process,which can be divided into teaching object stratification,teaching goal stratification,teaching activity stratification and teaching evaluation stratification.This paper mainly expounds the method of implementing object stratification in junior high school music classroom teaching,analyzes the stratification points that should be paid attention to in implementing object stratification from classroom teaching practice,and combines the object stratification method with lesson examples to analyze,which is divided into four parts.The first part summarizes the characteristics and defines the concept of stratified teaching,and explains the necessity of implementing stratified teaching in junior high school music class from two aspects.The second part,from the classroom teaching practice,analyzes the principles and problems of the hierarchical attention of the implementation object.The third part,according to the problem of object stratification,puts forward the specific strategies and methods of implementing teaching object stratification.The fourth part analyzes the implementation strategy of object stratification and the specific teaching design.
