In this paper,in order to promote students' development,cultivate students' innovation spirit and practice ability as the starting point,for physical layering teaching practice research.Abroad,layered teaching began in western countries,and is valued by western educators in our country,layered teaching can be traced back to2000 years ago,Confucius was put forward according to their aptitude education concept.In this paper,according to their aptitude education theory,humanism education theory,multiple intelligence theory as the support,combining students' psychological characteristics and teaching by different levels is the junior middle school physics.Guangzhou city,the research object of this paper is a middle school all the students in class 3 grade2,in this article,through the form of A questionnaire survey,understand A student before the layering teaching of physics learning situation,and combined with the mid-term test scores of students,the students are divided into A,B,C three levels,according to the student stratification,target layer,work hierarchical layering,coaching,such as the principle,design line and effective layered teaching practice,the teaching experiment,finally,investigating students in physics learning situation of the teaching mode of stratified teaching,and contrast test before and after the test of physics learning,and students physical changes before and after testing.This paper consists of five chapters,the first chapter is the preface.This paper mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and research significance of hierarchical teaching.The second chapter is the application of hierarchical teaching in physics teaching.Introduced the research and development of foreign and domestic hierarchical teaching,and the question put forward.The third chapter is the theoretical basis of hierarchical teaching,which includes the concept of definition,theoretical basis and stratification principles and other content,the fourth part is the focus of this article,hierarchical teaching in junior high school physics teaching practice research,the fifth chapter is Summed up the recommendations and recommendations,introduced the implementation of hierarchical teaching results and shortcomings.Through the layered teaching practice research,finally get the following conclusion: layering teaching practice research achieves the teaching effect accordingto their aptitude,to a certain extent in the process of carrying out stratification teaching,establish a good relationship between teachers and students,teachers and students and raised the teachers' teaching management and organization skills,in addition,the student's study interest,curiosity and initiative has significantly improved,however,in the process of carrying out stratification teaching met some problems,such as,lack of personal teaching experience,haven't master education teaching organization and management skills,it also affects the effect of stratified teaching.
