The re-entry policy launched in 1997 advocates that girls who drop out of faculty thanks to pregnancy should be readmitted after parturition. The policy was grounded within the discourse of the 1995 Beijing Conference on Women, which recommended, inter alia, that girls who dropped out of faculty due to pregnancy should be readmitted. The aim of this policy is to implement measures which will help prevent the leaving out of young mothers from furthering their education. In the event of a woman being forced out of school thanks to pregnancy, the Ministry of Education has provided policy guidelines to help schools and other stakeholders like parents and guardians to make sure that the girl is enabled to finish her education. The most objectives of the study are to determine if the Re-entry Policy is in line with the aims of all-inclusive education and therefore the general aims and objectives of education in Zambia and to seek out what are often done to form the policy relevant..The study took a qualitative approach and therefore the main data collection tools were interviews using an interview guide and focus conference guide to elaborate a descriptive impact of the policy using interviews(interview guide)and focus group discussions. The sample was comprised of 30 respondents,4 policy officials(inclusive of policy makers),4 school leaders(both male and female),and 6 teachers(3 male and three female);10 pupils both male and female;6 parents(male and female).Findings during this study further show that although the policy is perceived as an honest policy and is usually known about, its guidelines aren't fully known by not only the scholars but the parents also and this therefore compromises the successful implementation of the Re entry Policy. The study also did establish the measures to make sure teen mothers remain in class and continue receiving support from the school guidance and counseling teachers.it's evident that moral and support for the teenager mothers is vital for both the government and community provide so as to curb teen pregnancies and early marriages and also more sensitization about the policy and its guidelines, not omitting general sex education to assist the scholars find out how to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Therefore, the general objective of this study was to look at and evaluate how the implementation of the re-entry policy goes in schools and what are often done to enhance it.It's therefore important for future policies to require under consideration views of varied stakeholders before policy directives are sent to schools.
