Research On The Construction Of Chinese Social Workers' Occupational Security System From The Perspective Of Recognition

Domestic researches on the brain drain and professional status of social workers have been long-standing,but few people have explored the deep-seated reasons behind the professional dilemma of social workers under the current structure of occupational security system.Based on the Recognition Theory and its related reference,this article subdivides the recognition subjects into internal recognition subjects(social workers,social work groups)and external recognition subjects(government,the public);and experiment each subject with the occupational security system of social workers,the finding shows that the relationship between the occupational dilemma of social workers and the lack of occupational system security at this stage is understood.Based on the database of Laws and Regulations and the policy document database of the State Council,this study conducted a statistical analysis of the data concerning the occupational security of social workers at the current formal legislative level;and conducted a statistical analysis of some managers of social work,project supervisors and front-line social workers.The participants conducted in-depth interviews,combined their subjective feelings,professional experience,and practical experience,starting from the three aspects of professional identity recognition dilemma,occupational economic recognition dilemma,and occupational safety recognition dilemma,and analyzed in details the lack of background of social workers in the current occupational security system recent status of the entities under.When investigating the current occupational security situation of social workers,the author takes the government,social work groups,and individual social workers as the perspectives of different subjects to explore the proper structure,form and content of the social worker's occupational security system and its impact on social work.The impact of occupation,and further analyzed how the relevant system of occupational security for social workers in our country at this stage has shaped and affected the actions and choices of social workers.The research found that the recognition of formal legislation from the government can provide social workers with a more professional and authoritative professional identity and bring stronger occupational security.Professional norms and guarantees from within the social work group can enable individual social workers produce a stronger professional cohesion and sense of identity;on the other hand,the promotion of social workers' professional identity and the enhancement of their professional identity can in turn promote their better professional work,so that the social work group can truly play their role and receive more professional value and and recognition from the government and society.
