The new curriculum reform has been deepening continuously,and it has gradually become one of the key problems of physical education in the stage of compulsory education to seek for a more effective way to strengthen the teaching quality and promote the all-round development of students.In the traditional teaching,the problem of filling in the teaching is more serious,ignoring students' subjectivity and perceptual experience.With the extensive application of multimedia information means and modern equipment,all aspects of social life have undergone obvious changes,so has the education industry naturally.The construction of primary and secondary school campus infrastructure has gradually presented an obvious trend of modernization and informatization.Therefore,in order to respond to the needs of the national new curriculum reform,to inherit the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,to enrich the campus culture of primary and secondary schools,to keep pace with the progress of The Times,to active the classroom atmosphere,change the traditional teaching mode,and thus derived the new teaching mode of "flipped classroom"."Flipped classroom" teaching mode mainly refers to the pre-class stage in which students prepare independently with the help of the micro courses issued by the teacher and complete the corresponding preparation tasks;Teachers carry out secondary lesson preparation by referring to students' completion of preview tasks,mainly improving the initial lesson preparation and the micro-course resources issued.Through the flipped classroom teaching method,teachers maintain positive communication and good cooperation with students,and carry out harmonious achievements display,in order to achieve the ideal teaching effect.Compared with the traditional teacher-led model,it pays more attention to the subjectivity of students,which is bound to bring about a great revolution in the teaching field of our country.This study uses the methods of literature,experiment,investigation,mathematical statistics,etc.,based on 200 students in the first grade of Taiyuan No.59 Middle School,to explore the effect of pattern skipping teaching under the teaching mode of "flipped classroom".By statistical figure rope skipping movement technical level evaluation,the assessment of students' interest in participation enthusiasm,the initiative of students to participate in the evaluation and test scores at the end of the semester sports investigation of these data,obtained in the application of reverse classroom teaching model,students for pattern recognition of rope skipping class is higher,the learning pattern rope skipping movement technical level is relatively high,Students are more interested in taking part in exercises,more active and active in class,and their final sports scores have also been significantly improved.According to the evaluation results,it is a good teaching mode to apply the "flipped classroom" teaching mode to the physical education course,even the teaching of figure rope skipping,and the physical education class has had obvious changes.For physical education class,due to the strict requirements on the teaching environment and objective conditions,there are bound to be some difficulties that other subjects will not face during the teaching period.The application of flipped classroom in teaching also needs to be slightly different from other subjects.The use of short video will be taught to decompose the content,so that students learn more clear and intuitive movements,do not know the movement technology can also be repeatedly watched and pondering.Communicate with the teacher in class about their difficulties in independent learning,and work with the teacher to solve the problems and overcome the difficulties.Therefore,teachers make teaching videos that can easily improve students' interest in flipped classroom,and constantly master the network information technology means,so that students can take the initiative to learn more easily and have more motivation.In class,teachers and students interact to solve problems and improve together.For primary and middle school students,flipped classroom can be widely used in teaching to modernize education and promote the development of information technology.
