Research On Classical Music Popular Among Current Middle School Students

Classical music is one of the most popular music among middle school students.The style of this kind of music combines the characteristics of new folk music,new ceremonial music and chinoiserie,by using a large number of poetic and classical Chinese expressions in the music,combining with the playing way of traditional Chinese musical instruments,and appropriately adding contextual dialogue and other contents,which make this kind of music have a certain aesthetic and research value.At present,there are many research results on the classical music,such as research on the basic concepts and characteristics of classical music,linguistic research on the lyrics of ancient style music,and research on the dissemination and promotion of classical music,research on the cultural connotation of classical music lyrics and research on cultural inheritance of classical music lyrics,however,the influence and practice of classical music in middle school students' music class has hardly been involved.This paper intends to discusses the main reasons for the popularity of classical music among middle school students from the perspectives of music aesthetics,music transmission and music acceptance on the basis of classical music that middle school students love,divides the classical music popular among middle school students into three categories from the content of lyrics,and analyzes its lyrics and music characteristics by taking a piece of music work of each category as an example.Finally,combining the characteristics of classical music and its influence on students,this paper discusses the feasibility of classical music serving middle school music education.From the research method,this paper defines the concept of classical music through the methods of literature analysis,case analysis,participation in observation and comparative research,and summarizes its transmission route and the reason of its prevalence among middle school students.In addition,we explore the reasons why middle school students like classical music by combining with questionnaire survey.The results of various studies show that it is no accident that classical music is popular among middle school students,but has a relationship with the emotional appeal,artistic aesthetics,group cultural identity of middle school students,therefore,this paper explores the feasibility of improving students' core literacy from three aspects: aesthetic perception,artistic expression and cultural understanding by combining the requirements of the music course standards.And according to its creative characteristics,it also expounds the positive role of classical music in improving the cultural literacy of middle school students,from the perspective of lyrics,classical music can promote the spread of traditional Chinese culture,from the perspective of music itself,the application of classical music to Chinese traditional pentatonic mode is also worth further exploration and learning.When leading students to appreciate this kind of music,we should analyze and summarize the music from the aspects of mode and tonality,rhythm and beat,melody direction and interval relationship,so as to learn to appreciate music more deeply.
