The Enlightment Of The Traditional Chinese Culture Integrating With Music Lessons

The traditional Chinese culture consists of the inherent cultural characteristics such as morality, ideology, culture and customs and so on. The traditional Chinese culture, which is historical and profound, has been in the combination with the inherited culture and traditions in this 5000-year-old country. Confucius, the educator during the Spring and Autumn Period, pointed out his point of view on education in the Analects, such as prospering in poetry, in the ritual, as in music. Confucius’thought is combined with the Six Arts:rites, music, archery, carriage, calligraphy, mathematics, which formed the basis of education in the ancient Chinese culture.Therefore, the far-reaching significance of the traditional music culture in the music lessons lies in the cultural education, patriotism for students and at the same time in the further improvement of students’ quality. Thus, traditional culture into the music lesson is a bridge for the teenagers to understand, inherit and develop the traditional culture.This paper is based on the teaching experiment of the traditional music culture into the primary schools of Canal zone in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. Some exploration has been done in the inheritance and development of traditional music culture, which will help a lot in many other places in the area of traditional culture into the music lesson.
