Space geometry is a geometric model abstracted by objects in real life,which is closely related to real life.Stereo geometry is a required content of the college entrance examination and a hot issue in basic education research.It is of great significance to the improvement of students' visual imagination,mathematical operation,logical reasoning and other core qualities.It is also the main material for the penetration of axiomatic methods in high schools.Because of its abstract,rigorous characteristics,girls generally feel difficult in the process of learning solid geometry,which is a long-term reality problem.As the required content of the college entrance examination,many girls have invested a lot of time and energy in solid geometry,but they can not break through the difficult points all the time,and even have an aversion to solid geometry.Under the background of the rapid development of information technology and its wide application in the field of education,this problem has not been properly solved.Therefore,in order to help girls overcome the difficulties,it is of great significance to study the difficulties of girls learning solid geometry,analyze the causes and study the countermeasures.In this study,through test paper analysis,student interviews,and teacher interviews,all the students in the second grade and some students in the third grade in the school where the author teaches were investigated about the learning difficulties and causes of solid geometry.Through investigation and research,the difficulties of high school girls in learning solid geometry are divided into the following aspects:(1)Ability difficulties: including the ability to recognize and construct diagrams,logical reasoning,comprehensive application of theorems,and calculation capabilities;(2)The lack of diversified teaching methods by teachers and the lack of attention to the teaching of oblique two-mapping method.Analyzing the causes,the reasons for these difficulties can be summarized as follows:(1)Environmental impacts:including negative impacts caused by the social environment and differences in family training methods during the growth process;(2)The lack of diversified teaching methods by teachers and the lack of attention to the teaching of oblique two-mapping method.Based on the analysis of difficulties and causes,combined with the suggestions given by frontline teachers in teacher interviews and the author's own teaching experience,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed:(1)Pay attention to the characteristics of girls and build confidence in overcoming difficulties: including treating male and female students equally;strengthening girls' internal motivation and beliefs;conducting attributionoriented education,etc.(2)Diversified teaching methods to help girls improve their spatial imagination ability: including making full use of interactive teaching tools to create efficient and smart classrooms;mining reality models and combining them with intuitive diagrams of spatial geometry;attaching importance to drawing and drawing Teaching etc.(3)Excavate the teaching materials in depth and optimize the use of sample exercise materials: including the selection of topics to be hierarchical,so that students at all stages can gain something;appropriately build "ladders" to help girls reduce the difficulty of thinking;rational use of reading,thinking,and exploration And discover materials,improve students' thinking level;attach importance to language teaching;postpone the teaching of space vector method,etc.Designed the teaching design of "Determination of Plane and Plane Perpendicular" and taught in four classes of Jincheng No.1 Middle School and Senior Two.The teaching process of one class was recorded and analyzed,and the teaching countermeasures were embodied in the concrete teaching design.From the classroom effect and students' feedback,the proposed countermeasures are effective.Of course,there are also some problems that have not been properly solved for the time being.First,the students in our school have a good foundation,but should there be other countermeasures for girls with a poor foundation? Second,are there any differences in the difficulties encountered by girls of liberal arts and science in learning solid geometry? Third,in the countermeasure of diversified teaching means,can systematic micro lessons or geometry drawing boards and Geo Gebra files be made for teaching based on textbooks?It is hoped that this study can provide some ideas for educators to pay attention to the difficulties encountered by girls in solid geometry learning and adopt different teaching methods to help girls overcome the difficulties.
