Since the reform of the new curriculum,China's requirements for the quality of teachers have gradually increased,and the demand for high-quality teacher resources has become more and more urgent.The growth of teachers needs the guidance and help of famous teachers.In order to maximize the benefits of famous teachers and cultivate a group of high-quality physics teachers,in recent years,many places in China have successively established physics master studios.Then,how effective is the operation of the physics master studio,whether it can promote the professional growth of famous teachers and trainees,whether it can play a demonstrative and leading role and promote the improvement of the overall quality of the physics teacher team in the region are questions that we need to study.This research focuses on the analysis of the operating effects and influencing factors of the physics master studio,so as to make suggestions for the construction of the physics master studio and promote the development of the physics master studio.Study one is the overall survey of the national middle school famous teacher studios.Through the online census of the existing national and provincial middle school famous teacher studios across the country,understand the basic situation of the number of middle school famous teacher studios,the establishment time and the proportion of disciplines.Based on the overall grasp of the national physics master studios,14 representative provincial physics master studios were selected as the research samples,and the next step was carried out.The research conclusions of Study 1 are as follows:(1)As of January 1,2021,there are 1315 middle school famous teacher studios nationwide,including 139 master physics teacher studios.Basically,every province in the country has established middle school famous teacher studios,but the number distribution varies greatly.The top ten provinces for the number of famous middle school famous teacher studios nationwide are Guangdong,Shaanxi,Guizhou,Xinjiang,Yunnan,Hebei,Jilin,Hubei,Liaoning and Henan.(2)There are certain differences in the time for the first establishment of middle school famous teacher studios in various provinces across the country.In 2009,Guangdong took the lead in establishing middle school famous teacher studios in the whole province.In 2019,the provinces that started to promote middle school famous teacher studios were the most,which was mainly affected by the dual-name project of the Ministry of Education's "National Training Program".(3)The middle school famous teacher studios cover a wide range of subjects,but the distribution is uneven.The combined proportion of the three subjects of language,mathematics and English accounts for more than half of the total.In addition to the language,mathematics and English,physics master studios account for the highest proportion,which shows that all regions of the country place more emphasis on physics.(4)There are a total of 20 provincial administrative regions in the country that have established physics master studios,but the number distribution varies greatly.The top ten provinces in the number of national physics master studios are Guangdong,Shaanxi,Guizhou,Xinjiang,Hubei,Yunnan,Jilin,Hebei,Henan and Gansu.(5)The distribution of the proportions of each stage of the physics master studios is relatively uneven.High school physics master studios have the largest proportion,followed by junior high schools,and middle school physics master studios have the least proportion.This shows that all provinces across the country prefer to establish traditional single-stage physics master studios.The second study is the investigation and study of the operation effect of the physics master studios.The content of the survey includes three aspects: teacher's recognition of participating in physics master studio,teacher's professional growth and regional demonstration and guidance.The research conclusions of Study Two are as follows:(1)All members and hosts are willing to participate in or preside over the activities of the physics master Studio,and are also willing to complete the tasks and tasks assigned by the physics master studio.And most of the members and hosts have a high degree of recognition and satisfaction with the physics master studio.Compared with the host,members are more active in participating in the physics master studio,and their recognition and satisfaction with the physics master studio are also higher.(2)Most of the members and hosts have been improved in terms of professional knowledge,teaching philosophy,teaching ability,teaching and research ability and professionalism after participating in the physics master studio.(3)After participating in the physics master studio,the number of open classes given by teachers is concentrated in 1-3 times and 4-6 times,and the frequency of hosting special lectures is concentrated in 1-3 times.Teachers mainly form mentor-apprentice pairings with 1-3 young teachers,and the number of times of sending teachers to the countryside organized by the physics master studio is mainly 1-3 times.(4)The physics master studio has a rich variety of external communication methods,mainly including lectures,seminars,on-site guidance,and forum exchanges.There are still nearly half of the teachers' physics master studios where they have not established a master studio website or We Chat official account.The physics master studios where most teachers work often hold foreign exchange activities.The scope of foreign exchange activities is mainly at the provincial and municipal levels,with fewer activities at the national level.The third study is the investigation and study of the influencing factors of the operation effect of the physics master studios.The investigation is mainly conducted from six aspects: host factor,member factor,instructor factor,school factor,government factor and other factors.Finally,the questionnaire questions are assigned,and the SPSS software is used to analyze the correlation between the influencing factors and the operating effects of each dimension,and sort out the factors that affect the operating effects of the physics master studios.The research conclusions of Study 3 are as follows:(1)Moderator factors:The moderator's motivation to broaden knowledge,personal ability,sense of cooperation and presiding time will affect the operation of the physics master studio.Among them,the influence of the host's personal ability on the operation effect of the physics master studio is the largest among the host factors.(2)Member factors: the motivation of members to participate in the improvement of project research ability,exchange and update of teaching concepts,recognition of the studio host,broadening of knowledge,member cooperation awareness and participation time will affect the operating effect of the physics master studios.Among them,the cooperative consciousness of members is the most influential among the member factors.(3)Guiding expert factors:The frequency and degree of help of external experts in the studio will affect the running effect of the physics master studio.(4)The school factor is mainly the school's support for the famous teacher studio.Government factors are mainly financial support and incentive policies.The other factor is mainly the internal atmosphere of the studio.Finally,in order to improve the operation effect of the physics master studio,suggestions are made based on the research conclusions: strengthen the cultivation of the host's personal ability and provide targeted training;invite more external experts for guidance,strengthen theoretical support and professional guidance;the school strongly supports the various tasks carried out by the famous teacher studio;increase funding and simplify the procedures for reimbursement;provide incentive policy support and increase policy publicity.
