The construction of school physical education curriculum resources is an important foundation to ensure the development of school physical education in the new era.The development of school physical education in the new era should conscientiously carry out the important speech spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping at the National Education Conference,meet the needs of students’ physical education and promote their all-round development.The development of school physical education needs the overall construction and integration of physical education curriculum resources,focusing on the integration and utilization of the existing resources in the current society,to support the practical difficulties in the construction of school physical education curriculum resources,so as to promote the high quality development of school physical education.It provides the basic guarantee for the development of school physical education in the period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.This paper takes the social support system of Fuyang urban high school physical education curriculum resources construction as the research object,uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,field investigation and so on,carries on the detailed investigation to the construction of Fuyang urban high school physical education curriculum resources.On the basis of fully understanding the needs of students,this paper investigates the current situation of the construction of physical education curriculum resources in Fuyang urban high schools,summarizes the difficulties in the construction of physical education curriculum resources,and analyzes the restrictive factors and main responsibilities by using social support theories.Constructing the social support system of Fuyang urban high school physical education curriculum resources construction in the new era,and putting forward the realization path.The results are as follows:(1)High school students in Fuyang urban area have a low degree of satisfaction with the current school physical education curriculum resources construction;(2)The gender ratio of physical education teachers in the urban high schools in Fuyang is unbalanced,with fewer teachers with high academic qualifications and senior titles,and the workload of physical education teachers is large.Most PE teachers are not satisfied with the development of vocational training activities and lack of human resources development and utilization of PE courses.(3)The construction of school sports facilities basically meets the teaching needs,but the differences are great.The utilization rate of off-campus facilities is low.Can not meet the emerging,folk national sports needs.The lack of physical education facilities in schools and regular maintenance of resources,resulting in serious damage;(4)The content of physical education courses and activities between classes in Fuyang City is relatively simple.The situation of after-school sports organization is poor,and the number of after-school sports competitions is less.(5)Less teaching activities are carried out by using natural environment resources.At present,the ways of obtaining sports information resources provided by schools are limited.Based on the dilemma of physical education curriculum resources construction,this paper analyzes the responsibility of the social support subjects,uses relevant theories to construct the social support system of physical education curriculum resources construction in the new era,and puts forward the realization path :(1)clear government responsibility and give full play to the leading role of government functional departments.Reasonably coordinate resource construction and create a good social environment.We will give full play to the role of the government as a hub and provide an exchange platform for social support.Strengthen oversight and provide a solid guarantee for social support;(2)Strengthen the cultivation and development of sports organizations,enrich after-school sports competitions,strengthen the construction of sports service teams,and improve the professional level;(3)Giving full play to the role of community as a link,promoting the reform of sports management system,strengthening the construction of community infrastructure,enriching support contents and integrating community human resources;(4)Give full play to the leading role of colleges and universities,and provide support from four aspects: physical education courses,practical activities,campus culture construction and teacher team construction;(5)give full play to the role of the family and take physical activities as an important part of family education.
