At present,China's high school education is undergoing new trials and new reforms.For the reform of high school education,the Ministry of Education,school leaders and front-line teachers often pay attention to the reform of the cultural curriculum.In the process of reform,the new concept of “curriculum resources” has been introduced,and the attention to the physical education curriculum is not enough,and the intensity is not great.There has been a new phenomenon of uneven development in the reform of curriculum subjects.Therefore,curriculum resource reform will also be carried out in physical education.The supply reform of physical education curriculum resources is a new reform idea for many physical education teachers,and the supply side reform of high school physical education curriculum resources is still an important emerging The proposition of the times requires the joint efforts of the Ministry of Education,school leaders,physical education teachers,and all walks of life to carry out the reform of the supply of physical education curriculum resources to the end,and promote the new development of high school physical education curriculum resources.Therefore,the author collects the relevant high school physical education curriculum resource reform materials through the literature data method,forms an understanding of the high school physical education curriculum resources,and on this basis,designs questionnaires,visits sports experts,physical education teachers,students,issues questionnaires,and finally applies Mathematical statistical methods to produce survey data.Through these methods,in-depth research and analysis of the data is made,and new research results are obtained for discussion and analysis.This sample survey of260 high school physical education teachers in 170 high schools in Tianjin,180 other high school teachers,and 1376 students conducted surveys on the current situation of curriculum resources.The results show that: 1.The supply side reform of physical education curriculum resources needs to be based on human resources development.The human resources of physical education curriculum mainly have three main subjects: physical education teacher resources are the lecturers,and are the leaders of the development and reform of physical education curriculum resources;student resources are the participants of physical education activities,and are applicable objects for the development of physical education curriculum resources;other human resources It is a partner and plays a supporting role in the development of physical education curriculum resources.Physical education teachers are unreasonable in terms of gender structure matching.The overall level of physical education teachers needs to be improved,and the contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding.Physical education teachers basically have the awareness of curriculum resource reform,but they are not aware of the important role of other human resources.2.The development and reform of physical education curriculum resources depends on the construction and introduction of sports facilities such as sports grounds and sports equipment.However,the current distribution of sports schools and sports equipment in high schools in Tianjin tends to be directly under the city and the city's key high schools.In addition,physical education teachers do not make full use of sports equipment,and the use of sports equipment is single.3.The most important thing in the reform of the supply of physical education curriculum resources is thetransformation and improvement of sports projects.With the development of the times,emerging sports projects are booming.Although Tianjin High School has introduced new sports projects,it has not been fully developed.It is still dominated by traditional sports,and some traditional projects have yet to be improved.4.The supply side reform of physical education curriculum resources also needs to take into account the integration of extracurricular sports resources and off-campus sports resources,make full use of the local geographical and natural environment advantages,schools,families,and society actively develop physical education curriculum resources,expand students' horizons,and train students for lifelong exercise.Sports awareness.Tianjin High School has less development and integration of sports institutes in this area,especially the insufficient utilization of off-campus resources.5.The reform of the supply of sports curriculum resources also needs to solve the problem of uneven storage of school sports information.The reserve of curriculum sports information resources is of great significance for the development of curriculum resources in schools.Physical education teachers can make full use of school sports information resources and reform teaching content.Unique teaching style.The more students acquire sports information resources,the more beneficial to the development of sports information resources.Tianjin high school sports information resources supply and demand are not equal,and development is uneven.Based on the above survey results,this paper will propose the specific countermeasures for the reform of the supply of resources for the supply of physical education curriculum resources in Tianjin based on the principles of fairness,safety and diversification,for the reference of physical education teachers.
