"Clear water and green mountains" is "gold and silver mountains".In recent years,in order to protect the ecological environment and promote sustainable development,the state has issued a series of relevant policies and regulations,among which the Implementation Plan of Prohibiting Fishing and Establishing compensation System in key Waters of the Yangtze River Basin is one of the typical policies.In line with the implementation of national policies,the fishermen in the Yangtze River Basin gradually withdrew from fishing and banned fishing.In this process,due to the lack of timely implementation of supporting policies and their own conditions,the fishermen found it difficult to transform and fell into negative emotions such as deep anxiety and depression.This study takes X Reservoir as an example.Through semi-structured interviews and participative observation of 27 fishermen,it is found that there are the following problems in the current fishermen who are prohibited from catching and retired from catching.First,the fishermen of X Reservoir are older and less educated,engaged in fishing for over 20 years,and their economic income mainly depends on fishing.Second,the current attitude of fishermen towards prohibition and withdrawal is not understanding,not supporting or even hostile,resistance;Third,it is difficult and confused for fishermen to change careers.Most of them are waiting for the support and help from the Party and the state,and individuals are unable to solve the unemployment problem.In view of the above situation,this research adopts the cognitive behavioral therapy for transformation difficult unemployed fishermen case intervention,through cognitive intervention,behavior intervention,combined with social worker of empathy,listening,such as links to resources,skills and methods,to positive negative emotions scale,Hamilton anxiety scale,the Hamilton depression rating scale back before data contrast found that cognitive behavioral therapy for transformation difficult unemployed case intervention is effective on the fishermen's negative emotions.However,attention should also be paid to the following problems: first,the research area selected in this study and the scope of intervention objects are not broad enough.In future studies of unemployed fishermen,specific problems need to be analyzed.Second,there is little attention paid to the unemployed fishermen in the current social work field.As a major of helping others and helping themselves,social work should play an active role in helping the unemployed fishermen.Third,when using theory to guide social work practice,the guiding framework of theory can be adjusted appropriately according to the specific conditions of service objects.At the same time,the application of CBT in case social work should also pay attention to:respect the client's inner feelings,avoid social worker's preconceived understanding,and consult the client's personal experience and feelings at all times;Social workers should coach in a peer-based manner and avoid expert roles;The intervention plan and scheme should be based on the advantage resources of the client and help the client solve the problem from the perspective of the advantage resources of the client.
