The incidence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children is increasing year by year.Because of this,children often have cognitive behavioral problems which are inconsistent with their age,which leads to poor learning efficiency,poor interpersonal relationship and emotional management ability.However,there is a lack of awareness of children's attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in society,and the situation of laissez-faire or unreasonable treatment often occurs,which is unfavorable to their growth and socialization.As a "self-help" professional,social work is supposed to serve as a key target for the children of such groups.In this study,children with ADHD in C Community "4:30 classroom" were involved and intervened,in order to make the results of this study more persuasive,the paper combined quantitative research with qualitative research in the data collection and evaluation stage,evaluated the problem and demand of the main case,and provided the pertinent social work intervention service.Since the existing social work intervention services for children with ADHD are limited to the behaviour of children,this study is the first attempt to use cognitive behavioral therapy to treat this group,the whole intervention process will be corrected by correcting the subjective irrational cognition to change the behavior of the subject as the main line of intervention,cognitive and behavioral intervention combined,Using cognitive behavioral technology,from the wrong concept of the main surface of the case to the deep core belief gradually intervene,at the same time auxiliary behavior correction technology to strengthen the case master cognition and behavior,improve the acquisition of information ability of the main case In the service process,combined with the uniqueness and needs of the case,according to the General Service process of the case social work,to provide services for the main case.The results show that:(1)Cognitive behavioral therapy has a positive effect on cognitive remodeling and behavioral improvement in children with ADHD.After intervention,the main focus,learning function,interpersonal relationship and emotional condition improved.(2)The value concept of social work and intervention skills have obvious advantages in the process of intervention.In the process of intervention,the author used empathy,confidentiality and listening skills to promote the smooth development of case intervention activities.(3)C Community residents have low awareness of ADHD and social work discipline.In the future social work development process should strengthen the discipline popularization and the propaganda education,enhances the social job and the ADHD related knowledge popularization.(4)In the case of social work,cognitive behavioral therapy has certain requirements for children's age and cognition.In this regard,social workers should strengthen their learning,improve their professional quality,fully consider the age and cognitive factors of the case in the course of intervention,and improve the effectiveness of intervention.
