The world is changing with each passing day.In order to further implement the idea of teaching students according to their aptitude and train future talents needed by the new era,education needs to be further reformed.At this time,the disadvantage of the traditional class teaching system is becoming more and more prominent,and stratified class system arises at the historic moment.However,the emerging model of "class-walking system" also brings a series of problems.In the early stage of exploring the new model,the collective belonging of students especially needs to be paid attention to.The sense of belonging,as the emotional sustenance of people,plays a very important role in collective life,and it is particularly important for middle school students in the critical period of growth.This research focuses on the collective belonging of junior high school students under the class-walking system,hoping to bring some thinking and inspiration to the class-walking schools and contribute to the enhancement of the collective belonging of junior high school students under the class-walking system.In this study,all students in T Middle School in Chengdu were taken as the research object.The collective sense of belonging scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among the students.The obtained data were analyzed by SPSS data statistical analysis software,and the status quo of students’ sense of belonging in class was obtained.The research results show that:On the whole,the school’s collective sense of belonging is "upper middle".The difference between the highest score and the lowest score is large,and there is a big difference between different grades in collective sense of belonging.There are significant differences in the sense of collective belonging in terms of gender,achievement,different living elders and single parent.The author analyzes the reasons one by one,and puts forward some improvement suggestions from the three dimensions of overall promotion,actions of each grade and individual counseling.On a macro level,the school has made adjustments in the curriculum setting,adopting the combination of "administrative class + shift system".In addition,the grade should carry out rich activities to enhance the sense of belonging and collective honor of students;We should not only pay attention to the improvement of teaching quality,but also pay attention to the psychology of students.We should attach importance to value guidance and create a civilized and harmonious campus cultural atmosphere.For individual differences,the school provides strong technical support for personalized tutoring by improving the management mechanism,constructing a complete student evaluation network system,real-time monitoring and using big data to pay attention to the dynamics of students.More attention should be paid to the professional development of teachers and the level of personalized tutoring should be improved.Attention should be paid to gender differences and students should be guided to find their own class roles.It also pays attention to the structure of students’ families and cares for students with special family circumstances.
