Learning attitude is one of the main factors affecting middle school students' academic performance.There is a positive correlation between learning attitude and learning achievement.The better the learning attitude,the better the academic performance.In the practice of education and teaching,if we want to make students learn vividly and actively,help underachievers and underachiever make progress,we have to start from the work of helping students form a good learning attitude and change bad learning attitude.Class as the foundation of the school important unit,it is the student studies the life's second big family for students' personal ability and academic achievement,all play an important role and class belonging as students get emotional experience from the class is bound to have influence on learning attitude,will affect the students' academic performance in this study,based on the existing research,on the basis of class belonging to the junior middle school students learning attitude is discussed,the following conclusions:(1)In general,junior high school students' class belonging is at the above average level,and their learning attitude is at the below average level.In all dimensions of learning attitude(low motivation and low mood),the average score was lower than the average.(2)There was no significant gender difference in the class belonging and learning attitude of junior high school students between the only and non-only ethnic groups.There is no significant difference in the dimensions of participation consciousness and obedience consciousness of junior middle school students' sense of belonging in class.(3)There were significant grade differences in all dimensions of junior high school students' class belonging and learning attitude.In terms of learning attitude,the scores of all dimensions of learning attitude in grade two are significantly lower than grade one and grade three,and the scores of grade one are significantly lower than grade three.(4)In terms of role awareness,the role awareness of junior middle school students is significantly higher than that of the restructured family.In terms of low learning motivation,the low learning motivation of single-parent families and nuclear families is significantly lower than that of reorganized families.In terms of low mood,the low mood of single-parent families and extended families(three generations living together)is significantly lower than that of reorganized families.(5)there is a significant negative correlation between the sense of class belonging and the learning attitude and the dimensions;the sense of class belonging and the dimensions significantly predict the learning attitude--the role consciousness has the strongest predictive effect on the learning attitude,followed by the participation consciousness,and finally the obedience consciousness.The role consciousness of junior high school students is not only the motivation of their learning behavior,but also the internal cause of their learning behavior.Role consciousness is not only the premise factor of influencing students' academic achievement,but also affects students' future learning behavior,which has a predictive effect on students' learning achievement.Learners should not be passive recipients of information,but active participants in the process of knowledge acquisition.Therefore,students' sense of participation affects their academic performance,which requires the guidance of teachers,so that students can actively participate in teaching activities in the learning process.In teaching,both the breadth of participation and the depth of education should be taken into account;cultivating the sense of obedience can improve students' self-restraint ability,form a good will quality,and significantly improve their academic performance ?(6)combined with practice and conclusion,the following class management strategies are put forward:(1)carry out various class activities to strengthen class cohesion(2)pay attention to family type and give active attention(3)encourage students to participate in class management and enhance their sense of belonging(4)pay attention to grade differences and promote positive learning attitude(5)do a good job in class culture construction and create a good learning environment(6)improve the work efficiency of the head teacher and the teacher,and coordinate the relevant relations...
