Primary school students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.In order to better shoulder the important task of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and realize the great task of national rejuvenation,they must have a healthier body and a stronger body.However,from the current reality In terms of the situation,there is an obvious imbalance in my country's urban and rural economic development,which to a large extent directly leads to a certain degree of difference in the physical condition of urban and rural primary school students.This paper selects the physical health test data of some sixth-grade urban registered primary school students and rural registered primary school students in Meishan City as samples,and conducts a comparative study to gain a basic understanding and understanding of the physical health of primary school students in Meishan City,and provide information for improving the physical health of primary school students.It provides an objective and scientific reference.The research methods of this paper are mainly six kinds of literature review method,test method,mathematical statistics method,comparative analysis method,interview method and questionnaire survey method.The physical health test data of all6 th grade students in six schools in urban and rural areas As a research sample,the data is compared and analyzed from the three levels of school,family and student subjective factors.Through questionnaire survey and analysis results,the conclusions are as follows: There are differences in physical health between urban elementary school students and rural elementary school students in Meishan City,which is mainly manifested in urban elementary school students.The average height and weight are higher than those of rural primary school students,but the height standard BMI of rural primary schools is significantly higher than that of urban primary schools;the vital capacity and vital capacity BMI of rural primary schools are better than those of urban primary school students;in terms of speed sensitivity,both boys and girls,Rural elementary school students are generally higher than urban elementary school students;in terms of flexibility,whether boys or girls,rural elementary school students are better than urban elementary school students and there are very obvious differences in statistics;in terms of strength,whether boys or girls,The power quality of rural pupils is better than that of urban pupils;endurance qualities show a one-sided trend,and the endurance qualities of rural pupils are better than those of urban pupils.The main influencing factors of the differences in the physical health of primary school students in Meishan City are as follows: First,the development of physical education in urban and rural primary schools is relatively weak,physical education teachers are uneven,and the phenomenon of occupancy of physical education classrooms in rural primary schools is higher than that in urban primary schools and urban and rural schools.The differences in infrastructure construction are also factors that cause differences in the physical health of urban and rural primary school students.Second,there are differences in the subjective understanding of whether students participate in physical exercise and the degree of participation among urban and rural parents in Meishan City,which also affects urban and rural areas.The difference in physical health of primary school students;third,there are differences in the subjective initiative of urban and rural primary school students participating in physical exercise.The way,form,extracurricular time arrangement,and eating habits are the direct reasons for the difference in physical health of urban and rural primary school students.In this regard,this article proposes the following countermeasures: the urban and rural governments should pay more attention to the healthy development of the physical fitness of primary school students,and further reduce the physical difference between urban and rural primary school students through capital investment and policy tilt;urban and rural primary school physical education teachers should grasp the actual situation of students Physical fitness,effectively carry out physical education,take the differences in physical fitness of urban and rural primary school students as the starting point of physical education,strengthen the pertinence of physical education teaching models,guide students' self-recognition of physical health,and adopt various publicity methods and education methods.Make urban and rural primary school students aware of the important role of physical health,mobilize students' enthusiasm for independent exercise;play the role of school physical education to enhance the status of physical education in the school;create a better family atmosphere,allowing parents to take their children in their leisure time Participate in physical exercises to form a good family sports atmosphere.
