Pupils are the future of the motherland, the hope of the nation;for the responsibility of building a better future and realizing the national rejuvenation,we must take a healthy body and strong body as the cornerstone. At present, the unbalanced and incomplete development of urban and rural economy, education and environment leads to certain differences in physical health of pupils in urban and rural areas.Through the selection of five or six grade students in three primary schools in Zhangzhou city and rural areas, the subjects were divided into groups, sex and grade, and the questionnaires were issued and recycled to test and collect the related data of body shape, physical quality and body function. The characteristics were analyzed and the influencing factors were analyzed.Make a comparison between the city and the countryside. The results are as follows:1.The physical form of primary school students in Zhangzhou, including height, weight and body mass index,is increasing with age.The development of urban primary school pupils' height, weight and body mass index is superior to the development of rural primary school students.Among them, the body mass index of rural primary school pupils was in the range of 18.5 < BMI weight, and the body mass index of urban primary school pupils was in the normal range of 18.5 < BMI < 24 or close to the normal range.2.The physical functions of pupils in Zhangzhou, including vital capacity and vital capacity, are not all showing a trend of increasing with age.The development of vital capacity and vital capacity and body mass index of rural pupils are better than those of urban primary school students.Among them, the vital capacity and vital capacity of rural primary school students have a good trend of development.3.The physical quality of pupils in Zhangzhou, including speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and so on,presents an unbalanced development. The speed and strength quality of urban and rural pupils increased with age.The endurance and flexibility quality decreased with age.Among them, rural primary school students continue to maintain their strengths instrength and endurance, better than urban primary school pupils, but the speed and flexibility are slightly lower than that of urban primary school pupils.4.The sports work in primary and secondary schools in Zhangzhou is relatively weak, but the sports development in primary schools in urban areas is slightly better than that in rural primary schools.Among them, the establishment of sports facilities in urban schools is a little better than the establishment of sports facilities in rural schools;the physical education teachers in urban schools are slightly more powerful than those in rural schools. The sports classes in urban and rural primary schools have been occupied. The development of physical education curriculum is restricted by "sports safety problems" and the social status of physical education teachers is not high, and the overall sense of professional happiness is low.5.Parents of urban and rural parents in Zhangzhou are generally supportive of their children's participation in physical exercise. In their leisure time, most parents in urban and rural areas use electronic products instead of outdoor activities to relax their leisure time;in the habit of participating in physical exercise, the proportion of parents in urban areas is greater than that of farmers. The parents of the village.6.The primary school students in Zhangzhou city are better than the rural primary school students in their self-awareness,the way of participating in physical exercise and the length of the weekly exercise. In the choice of eating habits, the urban and rural pupils generally love unhealthy food which is not beneficial to the development of the body.Through the integration, the following conclusions are drawn:1.The economic development of rural areas in Zhangzhou has been greatly improved. With the focus of economic development, the phenomenon of its cultural and cultural marginalization has been greatly changed. At present, the urban-rural gap between primary and secondary school students in Zhangzhou is decreasing.Although in the physical form, speed, strength quality and other projects, urban primary schools still have a large advantage, but in the quality of vital weight index, endurance, flexibility and other qualities, rural primary school occupies the advantage.2.The self factors, family factors and school factors of pupils in urban and rural areas in Zhangzhou affect the development of physical and mental health of pupils in urban and ruralareas in varying degrees.First, the self-awareness of urban primary school students should be slightly higher than that of rural primary school pupils;secondly, the urban and rural family sports atmosphere is not strong, especially in urban families, and third, the development of school sports in urban areas is a little better than that of rural primary schools. In view of the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward:1.The government should pay more attention to the physical health of primary school students and invest in funds, formulate different solutions to the development trend of different aspects of physical health in urban and rural areas, keep their development strong, pay more attention to the development of weak items, further shorten the gap between urban and rural areas, and promote the healthy and comprehensive development of primary school students.2.From the three aspects of students' own, family and school,we should strengthen the students' self-awareness of physical health, form a good family sports atmosphere, give full play to the school sports function, and realize the substantive effect of the "self-family-School".
