The economic development and science and technology advancement of the times have promoted the curriculum reform,which should not only base itself on economic development,but more on the investigation of the curriculum implementation,and be conducted based on how the investigation goes.According to the 17thedition of Course Standard of Regular Senior High School Physics,it's emphasized that the high school physics is designed to build students'moral awareness and further improve their key competence in physics,laying a solid foundation on students'lifelong development,so as to promote the inheritance of human science and the development of society.On the basis of compulsory education,senior high school physics courses help students learn and understand nature from the perspective of physics,and construct a physical picture of nature;however,constructing physics models based on the abstraction of physical elements from life phenomena makes it easier to understand related physical phenomena and laws and apply them to real life and production practices,which plays an active role in promoting the cultivation of students'scientific literacy and comprehensive ability.Therefore,in the study of physics,special attention should be paid to the construction of models.However,we need to evaluate the level of high school students'ability to construct physical models.However,the traditional method only evaluates students'comprehensive ability through examinations,and cannot specifically reflect their model construction ability.Based on the solo theory,this study divides the high school students'model construction ability into 5 levels for evaluation and research,and compiles a test scale for scoring,which combines the cognitive structure of high school students to make the measurement tool for high school students'physical model construction ability.This paper chooses one of the basic physical models--the construction of the circular motion model as a case study.The measurement tool can not only have a clear rating and a comprehensive evaluation on students'ability to construct a circular motion model,but can also measure students'ability level and the depth of learning through the visual thinking process.This study uses this measurement tool to investigate high school students,analyze the measured data,and proposes teaching optimization strategies,which will help high school students evaluate their physical model construction ability and improve their core competence.The paper includes the following content.Chapter One is the introduction.It provides a general introduction to the background and significance of this research.It illustrates from the perspective of the development of times,physics teaching,and the need of talent training.It also introduces the main research content and methods,studies the status of relevant domestic issues,and with comparison to the scholars'insights on the views in this research in recent years,summarizes the research status as well.Chapter Two first explains the concepts of model,physical model,physical model construction and circular motion model construction ability,and defined related concepts,introduces the solo theory used in the evaluation in detail,and then from the perspective of cognitive psychology,proposes the process of model construction,which provides a theoretical basis for the following teaching suggestions.Chapter Three is the specific research process.It introduces the selected research object,the prepared test questions,and the evaluation process and results of the research object's ability to construct a circle model.Combining the classification method of the solo theory,it divides the model construction ability into five levels,formulates the evaluation standard of the circular motion model construction ability,and then uses this standard to score the students based on the questions they answer,and analyzes their grades to evaluate the selected research objects'level of ability to construct the circular motion model.Chapter Four summarizes the results of the evaluation,and proposes teaching suggestions to improve students'ability to construct circular motion models.According to the results obtained from the solo theory scoring,the level of student's ability to construct circular motion models can be evaluated from their score,which is convenient for distinguishing students of different ability levels.Based on the model construction theory in cognitive psychology,the model construction steps are clarified,according to which,teaching suggestions for cultivating students'physical model construction ability are proposed to improve their ability to construct specific physical models.Chapter Five is the conclusion and prospects.It summarizes the common problem of high school students--insufficient ability of physical model construction.However,since the level of ability of students is different,this study can distinguish students'model construction ability through a test,so that teachers can teach more efficiently and cultivate students'scientific thinking.This research,based on the process of physical model,combines students'cognitive level,and proposes corresponding teaching suggestions to improve their physical model construction ability.These measures have certain practical significance for achieving middle school physics teaching goals and greatly promote the cultivation of physics core literacy.However,the teaching design specifically applied to teaching practice has not yet been experimented,which is still at the theoretical level at present.
