Teachers are the practitioners and leaders of teaching activities,the key to the implementation of educational policies,the implementers of curriculum objectives,and have an important impact on the development of students.When China is stepping into the new era,general secretary Xi Jinping has put forward four criteria for good teachers: to have ideals and beliefs,to have moral sentiments,to have solid knowledge and to have benevolence.It also puts forward great expectations for the construction of the teaching staff.It is necessary to establish the concept of lifelong learning,adhere to the unity of teaching and educating people,take moral education as the fundamental task of education,and run through all aspects of Ideological and moral education,cultural knowledge education and social practice education.At the same time,it is also important for teachers in the use of new teaching materials,the management system of selecting courses and taking classes,the guiding mechanism of students' development,and so on New requirements are put forward in classroom teaching reform,teaching organization and comprehensive quality evaluation.Therefore,the internal and external consistency of education reform determines the reform of basic education,which will inevitably lead to the renewal and reconstruction of teachers' beliefs.Therefore,the construction of teachers in the new era needs the guidance of scientific teachers' beliefs.Throughout the research on Teachers' beliefs at home and abroad,most of them focus on the influencing factors and relationships of teachers' beliefs.Although they have reached maturity in the research on the structure of mathematics teachers' beliefs,they rarely carry out evaluation research on Mathematics Teachers' beliefs in the context of the new era.Therefore,combining with the background of the times,it is an important research problem to construct the evaluation index system of mathematics teachers' beliefs.Through the construction of mathematics teachers' belief evaluation index system,we can improve the relevant theories of education measurement and evaluation,provide a theoretical basis for the development and design of teachers' belief related tools in our country,and also have important significance for the promotion of teachers' professional quality and teachers' development.This study takes our country's entering a new era as the orientation,takes mathematics teachers' beliefs as the object,and tries to use the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to construct the evaluation index system of middle school mathematics teachers' beliefs.Through reading relevant books,consulting relevant literature and understanding relevant policies,this paper clarifies the connotation of teachers' beliefs,explores the connotation of middle school mathematics teachers' beliefs,and makes assumptions on all levels of indicators of the evaluation index system according to the principle of evaluation index selection.Based on the Delphi method,two rounds of "expert consultation questionnaire on the evaluation index system of middle school mathematics teachers' beliefs" were issued successively to seek the authoritative university professors,scientific researchers,teaching researchers and front-line famous teachers in the field of mathematics education and teachers in Chongqing.The paper questionnaire and network questionnaire were distributed to the experts to investigate the consistency of the experts' opinions,Through data processing,combined with expert opinions,on the basis of literature research and policy analysis,the preliminary evaluation index system was modified,and finally reached an agreement to complete the research on the structure of middle school mathematics teachers' beliefs.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is adopted to construct the structural level,determine the weight of each level of indicators in the evaluation index system,compile the "expert consultation questionnaire on the weight of middle school mathematics teachers' belief evaluation indicators",select six representative experts from the previous experts,and judge the relatively important components of each index in the evaluation index system.Finally,the data processing and analysis,the final middle school mathematics teacher evaluation index system and weight coefficient,evaluation model can be improved.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index of middle school mathematics teachers' belief is constructed,which includes five first level indexes: "belief about mathematics subject","belief about mathematics learning","belief about mathematics teaching","belief about teachers' self","belief about students",as well as the belief about mathematical value,belief about mathematical language,belief about mathematical structure,belief in mathematics teaching and belief in mathematics teaching The belief of mathematical knowledge construction,the belief of mathematical core literacy,the belief of mathematical problem solving,the belief of teaching objectives,the belief of teaching design,the belief of teaching operation,the belief of teaching evaluation and feedback,the belief of professional identity,the belief of self-learning,the belief of selfdevelopment,the belief of teaching evaluation and feedback,the belief of professional identity,the belief of self-learning,the belief of self-development There are 16 secondary indicators: the belief of students' role,the belief of students' development and the belief of students' differences.(2)Determine the weight coefficient of each index in the evaluation index system of middle school mathematics teachers.Among them,the weights of the first level evaluation index of middle school mathematics teachers' beliefs are as follows: the relative weight coefficient of "beliefs about mathematics discipline" is 0.116,the relative weight coefficient of "beliefs about mathematics learning" is 0.236,the relative weight coefficient of "beliefs about mathematics teaching" is 0.305,and the relative weight coefficient of "beliefs about teachers' self" is 0.135,The weight coefficient of "about students' beliefs" is 0.208.To sum up,this study,through the methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis,preliminarily explores and attempts to construct the evaluation index system of middle school mathematics teachers.However,due to their limited ability and research time,there are also many deficiencies,unable to participate in practice,the evaluation index system will be tested,and the research can be further improved and deepened in the future.
