Relying on the rapid development of information technology such as Internet and virtual technology,online shopping,short video broadcasting,social entertainment,online education and other cloud life scenes have been realized.Online interaction and offline practice closely interconnected so that people’s original life mode and social way of life has changed dramatically.The colorful virtual life makes college students neglect the real world communication and practice.Their study and life are bound together with the media all the time,and the ubiquitous "media contact" makes college students rely on the media to varying degrees and levels.Based on the perspective of mediatization research,combined with "mediatization theory" and "media dependence theory",this paper constructs the cognitive system of "media dependence" and divides it into behavior dependence and psychological dependence.This paper first expounds the behavior dependence performance of college students’ media to restrain their learning rhythm and knowledge active output,and secondly,the negative influence of media on the pattern of their relationship from the psychological dependence level.This study also used SPSS 25 and AMOS26 data analysis tools to make an empirical study on the relationship between media dependence and anxiety and depression,family closeness and adaptability of college students.The results show that media dependence and anxiety and depression are positively correlated.There is a negative correlation between media dependence and family relationship affinity.The intermediary model of the three is established,and depression and anxiety are the intermediary variables.In this study,looking for the solution strategy of "the problem of media dependence among college students" from the new perspective of phenomenological reduction method,this paper first puts forward the idea of restoring the "tool consciousness" of media,restoring "media dependence" to a kind of "media use" in essence,and in the use of media,there should be a sense of purpose,enlarge the time perception of media experience at present,in order to better grasp the "show" of media experience at every moment.Secondly,we should strengthen people’s sense of subjectivity,dare to recognize and accept themselves,from passive demand to the pursuit of active output of the way of thinking,but also pay attention to the promotion of media literacy,responsible for communication.In view of the empirical results of this study,a more detailed and targeted program is developed: to try to analyze and correct deficiencies instead of the means of forced withdrawal of media dependence;In the time management respect,we can establish a "self-time zone";Furthermore,we should also consider "inter-subject nature",the media should have a sense of boundaries,set the threshold of access to communication,the formulation of industry norms;Finally,the school should also do its duty of supervision over the use of the media of college students,and suggest that media literacy education should be included in the compulsory education curriculum,pay attention to media literacy education and mental health,and jointly protect the mental health and growth of college students.The problem of media dependence is essentially a game between human subjectivity and media shaping force.Pessimists will enlarge the harm of the medium and ignore the dynamic space of people’s adjustment in contradictions.For "media dependence",people are not helpless,but choose "learned helplessness" unconsciously.Therefore,it is necessary to treat this issue rationally and objectively,and to correct the problems to achieve positive and effective communication.
