Research On Online Reimbursement System Of C Colleges And Universities

With the increase of national investment in education and the development of information technology in colleges and universities,the informatization of financial management in colleges and universities has become an inevitable trend.In recent years,with the expansion of the scale of universities and the increase of the total amount of funds,the amount of reimbursement business has shown an epitaxial growth.Since 2019,the new "Government Accounting System" has been formally implemented.The complexity of financial work in colleges and universities has increased,and problems such as low efficiency of business approval,long queues of staff and workers,and high pressure of financial audit have become increasingly prominent.As an important part of financial management,Expenses reimbursement has become a Periodicity problem that puzzles teachers and students in colleges and universities.The original financial reimbursement model no longer meets the needs of modern financial management in colleges and universities.In order to ease the "reimbursement difficulty",many colleges and universities have adopted new methods such as appointment reimbursement,delivery reimbursement,and call machine service,which can alleviate the queuing problem to a certain extent,but cannot solve the fundamental contradiction that the workload of financial personnel has far exceeded the saturation capacity of the staffing establishment.These temporary and non-permanent service methods do not suit the remedy to the case and cannot solve the problem of "reimbursement difficulties" in colleges and universities.Taking Chongqing Medical University as an example,this paper uses descriptive analysis method,investigation method and flow chart analysis method to analyze the online reimbursement system.Firstly,it is analyzed the financial situation of universities in China,and further analyzed the current reimbursement model and the problems to be solved.Secondly,it introduces the solution and the key technology of the construction of online reimbursement system,puts forward the overall and specific requirements of the system construction,completes the system architecture and module design according to the system requirement scheme,and finally summarizes the benefits of the system implementation and puts forward the prospect of the system upgrade in next step.
