Optimization Research On Financial Reimbursement Service Of Chinese T University Based On Business Process Reengineering

Nowadays,China is facing severe internal and external problems.The higher education needs to be transformed from extensional to connotative development.University financial management plays a supporting role in university management.Reimbursement,as the most basic and heaviest duty in financial management,is not only the direct source of economic data,but also closely related to teaching and research activities.However,it seems that the "difficulty of reimbursement" has bothered the majority of teachers and students.COVID-19 broke out in early 2020,and there are potential health risks in face to face reimbursement work.With the development of internet technology and mobile phones,it is a worthy research topic to optimize the financial reimbursement of universities in the new situation.Since the theory of business process reengineering was put forward in 1990,its application has been spread from profit-making organizations to non-profit organizations,from corporate finance to university finance.So as to achieve a leap in performance,business process reengineering requires organizations to redesign business processes based on their actual needs and customer needs.This paper selects T University as the research object.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature,this paper uses case analysis method to analyze the current status of the financial reimbursement environment from five aspects,including economic and social environment,institutional,organizational structure,personnel,as well as information technology.In addition,the main reimbursement processes are selected for analysis.Case analysis method is used to find problems from the perspective of objective and financial personnel.The questionnaire survey method is also adopted to discover the problems from the perspective of teachers and students.Finally,this paper optimizes the financial reimbursement process and establishes a guaranteed system for business process reengineering.This paper is guided by business process reengineering and takes the COVID-19 pandemic as an opportunity.For the sake of the promotion of non-contact electronic reimbursement and in order to establish an efficient and highly satisfactory reimbursement model,we actively explore the financial reimbursement process of T University according to the actual work to finally help universities achieve the connotative development.
