It is important for the future of our country and the survival of our nation to enhance the physique of teenagers and promote their healthy growth.The results of previous surveys on the physical health of Chinese students have repeatedly shown that the physical fitness of Chinese teenagers continues to decline,and the rates of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students are increasing.Speed,explosive power,strength,flexibility,endurance and other indicators of physical quality decreased further,especially the index of lung capacity continued to decline.In the face of young students physique and health continued to decline,the party and the state has staged a series of related to strengthen the school sports work,improve,improve students' physique health files,policy,many of the "very" measures,but the school physical education is still the weak link of the education work ","physical health level of students is still the quality of the students obviously short board" the two basic facts exist for a long time.After more than 40 years of development and promotion in our country,the physical education examination system for junior high school graduation has been widely implemented in the whole country,which includes physical education and language number as the "required examination" subjects in the middle school entrance examination.It plays an important role in improving the physical health level of young students and the school physical education work and has obvious effects.As a result of our country "middle examination" is by each provincial education administrative department formulates unified request,by each district city organization implements,each district circumstance is different,the difference is obvious.There are great differences in the organization and implementation,the proportion of points,the setting of items and the scoring standard of the "middle school physical education examination".The problems and development trend of the objectivity and impartiality of the middle school physical education examination,the examination and evaluation of the students' physical education process need to be explored and studied.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview and mathematical statistics to compare and analyze the implementation mode,item setting and scoring standard of physical education in the high school entrance examination of provincial capital cities in China,so as to provide reference for seeking a more fair and reasonable physical education system in the high school entrance examination.This paper draws the following conclusions:1.About 1/3 of the provincial capitals in China adopt the operation mode of combining on-site unified examination with routine process assessment,but the score of process assessment is low;Nearly 2/3 of cities adopt the operation mode of on-site unified examination;The setting of the examination items refers to the "national student physical health standards" test items,more than 90% of the city will be endurance running as an examination item,more than 3/4 of the city as a "required examination" item.There are different categories such as compulsory examination,optional examination and random examination.Diversification of the project setting is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of students to take part in physical exercise and satisfying the interests and hobbies of students from different individuals to different sports items.2.More than 70% of the provincial capital cities in China have scores between30 and 50 points in the mid-term physical education examination.The proportion of the total score in the middle school entrance examination is 5-8%,which meets the requirement of 5% in the documents of the Ministry of Education;However,compared with the national requirement that PE courses account for 10-11% of the total class hours of junior middle school courses,the proportion of PE scores in the middle school entrance examination is low.3.The full marks of the 1000-meter(male)/ 800-meter(female)run,pull-up(male)/ 1-minute sit-up(female),throwing solid ball,standing long jump and other sports set in the senior high school entrance examination in provincial capitals in most cities are lower than the full marks set in the National Physical Health Standards for Students in 2014.The passing standards in most cities are lower than the national standard,and the scoring standards in some cities are far from the national standard,especially for endurance running events.Examine in sports mark standard is too low,have "send cent to take an examination of","water take an examination of" worry.4.Nearly 2/3 of provincial capital cities in China give full marks to students with physical disabilities or physical disability,and 60% marks to students who are exempted from examinations with other injuries,which is in line with the regulations of the Ministry of Education.However,there is a suspicion of "giving points for examination",and the fairness of its exemption remains to be discussed and studied.5.It is the trend of physical education reform in our country to increase the teaching hours of physical education,improve the score of physical education subjects and the proportion of the total score in the middle school entrance examination,set up diversified sports items in the middle school entrance examination,and strengthen the strength and score of students' process examination.In view of the inadequacies of "physical education in the middle school examination" in our country at present,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: increasing physical education hours,appropriately raising the total score of physical education subjects and the proportion of the total score in the middle school examination;Raise the scoring standard of each item;Increase the intensity and proportion of process assessment;Suggestions such as setting diversified sports items for the high school entrance examination and enhancing students' freedom of choice provide reference for more fair and reasonable implementation of the high school entrance examination sports.
