In September 2017,the Hainan Provincial Government issued the "Implementation Plan for Popularizing Swimming Education for Primary and Secondary School Students in Hainan Province"(hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"),and decided to comprehensively promote the education of "learning to swim,prevent drowning,and know self-rescue" for primary and secondary school students across the province.The project will achieve the goal of “every primary and secondary school students in the province can swim safely” by 2020.There are few evaluation indexes for swimming teaching at present,and there is no suitable evaluation index system for swimming teachers in junior high schools in Hainan Province.At present,many provinces have already included swimming in the sports of senior high school entrance examination.It is believed that Hainan will do the same in the near future.Therefore,the teaching evaluation system of junior high school swimming teachers is imperative.This paper adopts the literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,Delphi method and other research methods.Through the investigation of the understanding of the swimming teaching evaluation of the junior high school physical education teachers in Hainan Province,the questionnaire survey and analysis of the experts and the interview method,the construction of the middle school swimming in Hainan Province The teacher's teaching evaluation index system,and the use of quantitative statistics to carry out weight distribution and index content analysis.The main conclusion of this article is the construction of the teaching index system for junior high school swimming teachers in Hainan Province:1.The swimming teacher teaching evaluation index system consists of five first-level indicators: teaching content,teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching effects,teaching organization,and nineteen second-level indicators.2.Through the questionnaire survey and analysis of teachers,most of the teachers have clear and clear evaluation awareness,and they can fully realize that teaching evaluation is of great significance to teachers and students.However,by asking questions to teachers,most teachers determine their performance based on their ability to travel a certain distance.The implementation of diversified evaluations is not enough.Teachers have a positive attitude towards easy-to-operate evaluation programs.3.Many teachers and experts emphasized that as Hainan Province is surrounded by the sea,safety education,self-rescue and other skills learning in swimming evaluations need to be emphasized.However,from the perspective of future entrance examinations,it is also necessary to strengthen swimming distance and speed.How to measure the two The person needs to adapt to local conditions and consider comprehensively.Suggestions for the evaluation index system:(1)For the use of the teaching indicator system for swimming teachers in junior high schools in Hainan Province,each junior high school should implement it in accordance with the specific conditions of the school,especially the lessons,teachers,equipment,etc.determine the teaching objectives and content,and finally the evaluation system Renovation and addition of three-level indicators and four-level indicators to form an evaluation indicator system for each school.(2)Pay attention to the attitude performance of students in the learning process.Through interviews with students,it is found that most students pay more attention to swimming performance.In order to increase the frequency of practice,teachers should encourage students to actively participate in sports,so that students can experience the charm of swimming and improve students' performance.Learning interest,not just focusing on the final absolute evaluation,should focus on the diversification of evaluation.(3)Swimming teaching evaluation is a long-term and gradual process.Therefore,the content of teaching evaluation will become better and better with social development and the continuous development of school sports.The various indicators of swimming teaching evaluation will also be updated and revised accordingly.Hope Each school can have more experts and scholars to pay attention to and modify,and conduct research on swimming teaching evaluation from different perspectives,scopes and levels.
