Physical education teachers are the main players of cultivating students’ core qualities of physical education,and their professional ability is the fundamental guarantee of cultivating students’ core qualities of physical education.With the deepening of cultivating students’ physical education core literacy,it is urgent to construct a reasonable evaluation system in line with the educational requirements of the new era,and make a value judgment on junior middle school physical education teachers’ professional competence,so as to promote the development of junior middle school physical education teachers’ professional competence and promote the implementation of physical education core literacy.This research adopts literature method,survey method,analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and methods of mathematical statistics,in the junior middle school PE teachers’ professional ability evaluation on the basis of investigating and analyzing the status quo,to foster students’ sports discipline core literacy as the background,according to the theory of man’s all-round development,teachers’ professional development theory and the theory of developmental teacher evaluation,The evaluation system of junior middle school PE teachers’ professional ability is constructed,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Current status of professional ability evaluation of junior middle school PE teachers: although most schools carry out professional ability evaluation of PE teachers in various forms,teachers themselves,peer teachers and students can participate in evaluation activities,but there are also the following problems:1.Lack of systematic professional ability evaluation system of PE teachers;2.The participation rate of PE teachers is low;3.Pay attention to the evaluation of rewards and punishments;4.Ignore individual differences.(2)On the basis of reviewing the existing literature and investigating the current situation,the components of the professional ability of junior middle school PE teachers under the background of cultivating students’ PE discipline core literacy are determined,including: Moral education ability,athletic ability,teaching ability,extracurricular sports management ability,teaching research ability,communication and cooperation ability,and on this basis,construct the include index of 6 one class,index of 15 2 class,56 measures of level 3 junior middle school PE teachers’ professional ability evaluation index system,and USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine weight coefficients of indexes at all levels.(3)The evaluation standard of junior middle school PE teachers’ professional ability is formulated by combining grading evaluation standard and expectation evaluation standard.Taking teachers themselves,fellow teachers and students as the main body of evaluation,advocating teachers’ self-evaluation as the main body in evaluation activities,he rated as auxiliary.The methods of literature,investigation and observation are selected as the methods to collect evaluation information,and the individual differences and stage differences of PE teachers are fully respected when the evaluation results are explained and fed back.Different evaluation standards are adopted for PE teachers in different development stages,so as to highlight the differentiation of evaluation standards.
