The Special Quality Evaluation Index System Of The Junior Swimming Amateurs Of 100 Meters Crawl In Guangzhou City

Swimming is a sport project,which is based on the physical agility and the sport skill.During the process of swimming,the status of the middle part of swimming is a very important aspect.The key of the ability depends on the swimming speed of the athletes.This paper integrates the theory development and deduction of the ability of swimming speed,building the special quality evaluation index system and evaluation standard to improve the speed of 100 meters freestyle for the junior swimming amateurs in Guangzhou city.This contributes to enrich the basic theory of swimming training for teenagers,and improve the level of scientific training,which has important theoretical and practical value.This paper takes the junior amateur swimming athletes in Guangzhou city as the research object.The research content is the special quality evaluation index system of swimming speed about 100-meter freestyle.This research uses literature material,expert surveys,and empirical statistics to study and build up the special quality evaluation index system of the junior swimming amateurs of 100 meters free style in Guangzhou city.Those results are shown as below.1.The special qualities of swimming speed mainly include speed ability and speed effect for those junior swimming amateur of 100 meter freestyle in Guangzhou city.2.First of all,through the expert investigation as well as the consistent and coordinative analysis of the survey results,the special quality evaluation index system of swimming speed of 100 meter freestyle for the junior amateurs in Guangzhou city is built.This system is made up by two level-1 indexes,and twelve level-2 indexes.3.Secondly,based on the factor analysis,it is found that there is no much difference in each index,from the overall information about the special quality.Relatively speaking,the speed strength,and the absolute velocity of swimming speed play important roles in the special quality.4.In addition,it is feasible and scientific to use the percentage rate to set up the special quality evaluation standard of swimming speed of the 100-meter freestyle for those junior swimming amateurs in Guangzhou city.5.Moreover,the special quality evaluation standard of swimming speed of the 100 meters freestyle junior amateurs,has an advantage on the real-time assessment about the status of special quality.It not only provides scientific reference on swimming training,but also offers a theoretical reference to evaluate the special quality of other sports.
