| In 2017,swimming was included in one of the compulsory entrance examinations of Guangzhou Sports Middle School Entrance Examination.In order to meet the needs of middle school physical education teaching in this dynamic process of reform,the Guangzhou Education Bureau has incorporated the special training course of swimming and sports training for Guangzhou physical education teachers into the special training project of continuing education for primary and secondary school physical education teachers.The purpose is to better cultivate and develop the swimming teaching ability of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou.Under the background of the reform of Guangzhou Physical Education Entrance Examination Policy,this paper takes the swimming teaching ability structure of Guangzhou Middle School Physical Education Teachers as the research object.Through the methods of documentation,field investigation,interview,Delphi and mathematical statistics,the purpose of this paper is to preliminarily establish the swimming teaching ability structure of Guangzhou Middle School Physical Education Teachers,possibly to train,develop and evaluate Guangzhou Middle School Physical Education Teachers.Teachers’ swimming teaching ability can be used for reference.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Through on-the-spot investigation on the training status of swimming special training course for Guangzhou physical education teachers,we can understand the swimming teaching ability level and training needs of Guangzhou middle school physical education teachers,so as to provide practical basis for the preliminary establishment of swimming teaching ability structure for Guangzhou middle school physical education teachers.(2)The swimming teaching ability structure of Guangzhou middle school PE teachers established by Delphi method consists of 60 competence indicators at three levels,including 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators.The indicators at all levels show the characteristics of gradual refinement and decomposition.The relationship between the indicators is independent,interrelated and has a strong logical relationship.(3)On the basis of expert scoring,the weight coefficients of all levels of ability indicators in the swimming teaching ability structure of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou are calculated.According to the distribution of the weight coefficients of the indicators,the contents that should be focused on in the swimming teaching ability structure of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou can be defined.(4)Based on the construction of swimming teaching ability structure of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou,this paper quantifies the indicators at all levels and designs an easy-to-operate "Standard Scale for Evaluating swimming teaching ability structure of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou" in order to provide reference for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of swimming teaching ability of middle school PE teachers in Guangzhou.To sum up: The swimming teaching ability structure of Guangzhou middle school physical education teachers established in this paper has certain reference significance for training,developing and evaluating the swimming teaching ability of middle school physical education teachers.It is suggested that teachers should combine their own situation in actual swimming teaching to promote the development of swimming teaching ability. |
