A Practical Research On The Construction Of Primary School Students' Associations From The Perspective Of Moral Education Management

School that serves as the main position to "cultivate people by virtue",setting the direction of human development.School moral education management is the radical guarantee of completing fundamental assignments.It's one of the most major carriers of moral education management in elementary school,elementary school students' associations are the pivotal joint point of elementary students' total and harmonious development.From the scan of management of moral education,that is especially essential to investigate the actual situation of the construction of elementary school students' associations,and to harmonize the "endogenetic ethical pursuit" with the "explicit moral goal" of community activities.This dissertation takes a dissussion and analysis on the elementary school students' associations by combining interview,observation and questionaire,on the fundamental features,functions and types of various associations,from the exertion of the administration of moral education function of elementary school students' associations,this paper analyses the elements in the buid of elementary school students' associations from moral education management horizon,and raises implementable tactics for the construction of elementary school students' associations based on the existing circumstances of schools and social context.This dissertation disscusses six parts:in the first chapter mainly presented thesis setting,objective and meaning of the propasal,related research of the present status both here and abroad,priorities,difficulties and challenges,including the thought and methods.In the second chapter mainly introduced the school moral education,management of moral education with the addition of elementary school students' associations as well as the human beings' all-round development theory,management of moral education theroy,Xijinping moral education of teenagers,to achieve the accordance of elementary school students' associations.The third chapter combines the former scholars' research add multiple policies mainly illustrated features,functions and types of various associations,in order to provide the support for the next practice survey.The fourth section witnesses the questions of elementary school students' associations in Zhangjiakou's district primary school by means of random inspection and interview:the school fails the top-level design of primary school students' associations' development in the management of moral education area of horizon,and the guidance of moral education target is invalid;the managers of primary school students' associations don't have extensive vision and weak awareness of using moral education resources;the leading character of elementary school students' associations managers is imperfect,and the subject consciousness of moral education objects is lacking;the recognization of realizing the moral value of elementary school students' associations in the environmental atmosphere of wide moral education is deficient etc.The fifth passages in allusion to the troubles that under the construction of elementary school students' associations from the a spacious view of management of moral education,the writer advances the following countermeasures and advice nowadays:enhance the top-level plan of elementary school students' associations building programme from the angle of management of moral education,and make the moral education targets of elementary school students' associations lucid;expanding the vision of elementary school students' associations' managers and intensifying their awareness of making moral education resources;committing the elementary part of elementary school students' associations managers and constructing the subject awareness of moral education objects;to forge the consciousness of the moral value of students' associations under the atmosphere of wide moral education.The sixth chapter summarizes the dissertation,keeping a foothold about moral education surroundings and looking forward to the future.
