The content of moral education is not practical and method is obsolete, a lack of moral education research, etc. The causes of moral education management problems are in many aspects. There are both internal and external reasons. The internal reason exists in the managers and the external causes include the aspects of society and family. All of these requires us to change the management concept in the management of moral education, and actively seek policy of the management of moral education, including repositioning the position of moral education, clearing the content of moral education and innovation of moral education methods, strengthening the construction and management of the team, strengthening moral education process management and the management and evaluation of moral education, etc. In a word, only by implementing the management of moral education and putting the moral education management in the most important place can the school improve the effectiveness of moral education management.
