Present ordinary high school geography curriculum standards(2017 edition)from2003 experimental version of curriculum standard pay more attention to cultivate students' literacy of science,more emphasis on the students' subject status,in the teaching and assessment suggested clearly put forward "to be supplemented by necessary means of intuitive and life experience,in the geographical situation,strengthen the students' thinking training".Only by correctly understanding and using situational teaching method and scientifically and reasonably creating situations can students' attitudes and emotional experience be stimulated,so that students can take the initiative to study and explore,so as to achieve the purpose of training geographical thinking and cultivating the core accomplishment of geographical discipline.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of compulsory textbook II in the Lu Education Edition,this study demonstrates the significance of the implementation of situational teaching method.Through the questionnaire,the current situation and characteristics of high school geography situational teaching were obtained.The main problems in teaching strategies were studied and discussed,and the practical research was carried out with the help of specific cases.Firstly,the research status of situational teaching in high school geography teaching is summarized,and the research content is determined.Secondly,combined with the results of literature analysis,the basic concepts and theoretical research basis are put forward.Then,the characteristics of the textbook are analyzed,the significance of the implementation of situational teaching method under the new curriculum standard is proposed,and the current situation of high school geography teachers using situational teaching is investigated by questionnaire survey.Then,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,combined with the characteristics of the textbook,he author studied the strategy of creating situational teaching.The author proposed the principle of creating teaching situation and the application strategy of situational teaching method in Compulsory II.Finally,a case is designed for the section of industrial location choice using the proposed strategy.Through the literature research,questionnaire survey and case analysis,this study draws the following conclusion: Shandong version required the characteristics of the two materials are: teaching material contents closely joint national development strategy,reflect geographical frontier science development,increase in the number of "activity",update form,reflect the geographical practice training target,image update,concept of diversified teaching,case close to student life,reflect their ideas to apply the;Situational teaching has the following problems in high school geography teaching:Situational creation only exists in the lead-in link,and the form of context creation is single;Situation teaching in the application of compulsory two strategies are: to guide class and new lesson teaching difficult point as the two important part of implementing situation teaching,with the aid of life common geographical phenomenon create life teaching situation,the use of students' cognitive conflict in the old and new knowledge creating problems,scientific planning and teaching situation,to carry out all kinds of activities,let students learn in situational experience,make full use of the advantages of multimedia,show the rich geographical teaching material situation build intuitive vivid real-time geographic teaching environment.
