Informal groups, anti-class junior high school classes as an important part of junior high school, junior high school relationships form the basis for the development of junior high school class and had the inherent and profound impact. Anti-class junior high school students understanding of the emotional characteristics of informal groups, the right to guide its development, classroom management is an important part of the work. To this end, an informal group of junior high school students to guide and use must be paid. In this study, based on previous studies, Guangzhou S secondary school students selected for the study, informal classes for junior high school anti-status quo group interviews and questionnaires to understand the causes of their situation and to analyze their emotional characteristics, and proposed cultivating positive emotions of the education strategy.The survey indicated that Anti-class junior high school classes are prevalent in informal groups, and there is an increasing trend in the new era of space to show the range of contacts and members of the expansion of social contacts and so on. Anti-class informal groups who are external environmental conditions, internal school factors and students the impact of individual factors in three areas, resulting in a weak interest in learning, motivation is not strong, lack of confidence and other negative emotional characteristics. For the above, this preliminary study of the anti-class junior high school students to develop positive feelings of informal groups, educational strategies, and try to junior members of informal groups of anti-class education and conversion to provide theoretical and practical basis.
