The informal groups of students are different from formal groups of students. It was formed spon taneously by the special relationship and requirement. The relationship between the group members is closed. It can lead to group members within a special trust, reciprocity an d co op eration. Although it isn’t organized with officially institution, exist some common group norms, which were formed spontaneously.Students used t hesenorms to curtail their behavior and judge folks. This behavior showed the higher psychological comp atibility and cohesi on force. Specifically, to junior middle school students, the informal groups mainly mean the groups which were naturally formed by the psychological needs, hobbies and interests, and cozy feeling.By empirical inv estigation and theoretical analysis, this paper not only summed up the actuality and the causes of the informal groups of junior middle school students, but also explored the feature, and stakes bet ween classes and students. After the investig ati on, the author d iscovered the in formal groups of junior midd le school students have its own unique properties. Based on this, there are some problems on the educating management, such as less attention and understanding, or inaccurate principles and methods and so on. Concerning this issue, the author put forward several strategies to the education administrators:change own’ tune; rethink the guidance and principle; build a favorable a tmosphere on the class management; pay more attention to the core leader of informal groups; promote their non-authority power.When the teachers become the model of social role, the class wills more and more harmonious.The article can be divided in to five parts. The first part concludes the rese archachievements at home and abroad. By analyzed the co ncept and theory of the informal groups, help the education administrators to be sure the contents and direction of study accordingly. In the seco nd part,the author chose the students of junior middle school in grade two for research. First, used the quizoninterp ersonal relations based on Moreno and questionnaire to research. And then the author matched with the talking method to discuss the causes of their relationship, consist of their structure and the attitude to the informal groups. According to the result of research, part three gave a rounded a nalysis in the phenomenon of informal groups of students.On account of the current situation of the educating management strategies on informal groups, the fourt hpart puts forward some feasible suggestions and strategies to solve. The last part concludes a brief summary about the conclusions, insufficient and prospect of the study.
