With the acceleration of China's aging process,the need to build a learning society and implement the concept of lifelong learning,at the same time,in order to promote the development of elderly education,universities for the elderly have been established at all levels throughout the country.However,in the face of the increasing spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and the different stages of the development of various communities,there are many problems in the universities for the elderly,such as the lack of standardized management,the low enthusiasm for learning,the weak sense of belonging and the low utilization rate of community resources.As a prominent social problem,the bottleneck of the University for the aged has attracted the attention of all walks of life.Learning community theory emphasizes that learning subjects should have a certain organization and management under the common learning vision.Learning subjects can participate in and communicate with each other,and ultimately achieve the learning objectives on the basis of resource support.The theory of learning community attaches importance to equality,mutual assistance and interpersonal relationship,pays attention to the cultivation of self-management of learning subjects,and the construction of learning community can effectively improve the existing problems of elderly universities.The author takes a community university for the aged in Changchun as an example,starting from the theory of learning community,through the construction of learning community to solve these problems.This paper mainly uses t he method of group work to build a learning community,workers carried out a total of eight group activities to build and stabilize the learning community of the elderly.In the process of group practice,around the characteristics of learning community's goal,organization and autonomy,we should establish a common vision of learning community,formulate rules and regulations of learning community,affirm the value of the elderly and cultivate leaders of the elderly.Through the construction of learning community,the learning content is enriched,the interest and enthusiasm of the elderly are stimulated,and the sense of belonging of the elderly is enhanced.The construction of the learning community for the elderly solves the problems of the lack of management of the University for the elderly and the lack of integration of community resources.Finally,from the meso and micro aspects,this study concludes the intervention strategies of social work in the construction of learning community for the elderly: meso social work intervention strategies include the establishment of social support network system for the elderly,the integration of community resources and the strengthening of the publicity of learning community for the elderly;micro social work intervention strategies include the formulation of learning community norms and the establishment of reciprocal support Group work and use the task centered model.
