| Emotional labor is a hot issue in the current academic research.Scholars at home and abroad mostly focus on business,education,medical care and other fields.Until recent years,scholars have not paid attention to the emotional labor problems in the field of public service,and they also pay little attention to the emotional labor problems of grassroots community workers.At present,community workers play an increasingly important role,connecting the government,implementing policies,connecting the masses and serving the residents.Community workers pay a lot of emotional labor every day,which also belongs to the high-intensity of emotional labor workers.Therefore,it is great practical significance to include community workers in the scope of emotional labor research.This study using participatory observation and interview method,to study Hohhot X community community workers emotional labor problems,found that X community workers exist surface play,deep play and natural expression of emotional labor status,long emotional labor in X community workers psychology and behavior have caused certain negative impact,through the analysis found X community workers cause emotional labor problem is the nature of work,workload,low wages and poor treatment,low social status and less respect and other factors.In view of some problems caused by the emotional labor of X community workers,the author carried out the group work intervention of X community emotional labor problems based on the perspective of "ABC" rational emotional theory,in order to improve the ability of X community workers to deal with emotional labor problems.Through five sections of group activities,X community workers have mastered certain methods and skills of dealing with emotional labor problems,enhanced the cohesion of the group members,and proved that the group working method has certain results in solving the emotional labor problems of community workers. |
