Practical Research On Social Work's Participation In Community Culture Construction In Poverty-stricken Areas

At present,China's anti-poverty campaign has won a comprehensive victory.With the improvement of people's living standards and material conditions in poverty-stricken areas,people's demand for spiritual culture has become more prominent,and cultural poverty alleviation has been placed in a more prominent position,which has become an important part of consolidating and expanding the achievements of anti-poverty campaign in the new era.As a specific field of cultural poverty alleviation practice,community naturally becomes the focus of people's attention.At the same time,with the process of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,community building as a new concept of grass-roots governance has been widely concerned,and community culture building is the most important under the background of the five in one overall layout.In the face of the current new situation,for the poor areas,social work as a professional discipline,how to effectively intervene in community culture construction and serve cultural poverty alleviation is the focus of the author's research.Taking x community in W County as an example,according to the survey,X community is located in the old revolutionary base area.Although it has completed the material poverty alleviation,it still faces many problems in the aspect of cultural poverty,such as the low level of cultural needs of community residents,the loss of values,the low quality of community cultural activities and the low utilization rate of cultural infrastructure.X community has a large number of migrant population,so community integration and identification of community culture are particularly important.In view of the above problems,the author,based on the regional development mode,designs the cultural construction scheme of X community,specifically relying on the existing cultural resources of the community to build the cultural brand with community characteristics,giving full play to the main role of residents and improving the ability of community autonomy.The construction process is divided into five stages: the first stage is the exploration stage,seeking community support and establishing professional relationship with residents;the second stage is the mobilization stage,starting the project explanation meeting;the third stage is the consolidation stage,carrying out a series of red theme activities,mining community capable people,holding community meetings and establishing community discussion system;the fourth stage is the construction stage,carrying out community red culture construction activities;and the fifth stage is the construction stage It is the evaluation stage,which carries out process evaluation and effect evaluation.After the community red culture building activities,through the evaluation,it is found that the enthusiasm and initiative of residents to participate in the community culture building have been improved,the satisfaction of related activities has been significantly improved,and the practical ability of social workers has also been strengthened.However,there are still some deficiencies in the process of construction.The author summarizes and reflects on them,and puts forward some corresponding suggestions,such as improving the management level,guiding residents to participate in the construction of community culture efficiently and orderly,fully excavating the red cultural resources of the community,and integrating multiple main forces to participate in the construction of community culture.
