Research On Social Work Involvement In Self-organization Capacity Building Of "Village To Residence" Community

With the rise of China's economy,China's urbanization process has also been rapid development,many areas in order to vigorously develop urban communities,the surrounding rural communities to move back and transform," Village to residence " project construction has sprung up.Farmers' land was expropriated,their residences were demolished and unified to live in the new community,and villagers' identity was changed into residents."Village to Residence" community is not same as the general urban community and rural community.In all aspects,the characteristics of transformation are reflected.Resulting in the lack of self-service and self-development ability and resource integration ability,which urgently needs the intervention of professional social work,so as to improve the self-organization of "village to residence" community To promote the development of self-organization.The author used the summer vacation time to practice in a community service socialization project in the community of "Village to Residence ",and came into contact with several issues of cultivation and development of community self-organization in the service of energy enhancement."Village changed" community as a kind of transformation in the community,the community resources,community culture,the respect such as the residents were with simple rural and urban communities have bigger difference,the self-organizing development also presents its transformation and complexity,the ability of organization construction has many problems,such as: insufficient resources integration ability,organization and management ability is weak,lack of self service and self development ability and so on.The intervention of professional social work is urgently needed,so as to improve the organizing ability of self-organization in "village-turned-residential" communities and promote the development and growth of self-organization.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature on "Village to Residence " community and self-organization ability construction,through interview,participatory observation,questionnaire survey and other working methods,this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the current situation of organizational ability of xiangyanghua volunteer service team in X community,and on this basis,analyzes the existing problems of xiangyanghua volunteer service team in X community and the ways to improve its organizational ability.From the perspective of social work,based on the theory of resource dependence and empowerment,and from the three dimensions of team building and management ability,professional service ability training and resource integration ability,a two-month activity was carried out in X community in the form of group activities,so as to improve the organizational ability of xiangyanghua volunteer service team in X community.The results show that the methods of social work can promote the construction of self-organization ability of "village to residence" community,including self-organization team building,management ability enhancement,more professional service and resource integration ability enhancement.However,there are also shortcomings in the research process.The author reflects on the intervention theory,intervention methods and the role of social workers respectively,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the problems reflected,so as to facilitate the development of "village to residence" community self-organization.
