| Public interest venture capital,as an innovative charitable model and investment method,first emerged in Europe and other developed countries,but only began to practice in2006.Since the first Charity Venture Capital Competition was successfully held by Hubei Provincial Civil Affairs Department in 2014,all regions have responded positively for seven years until the end of the seventh Charity Venture Capital Competition in 2020.During the seven years,the community,community social organizations and community residents actively participated in the process.After mastering certain community governance methods,they applied them to various activities of community governance,and promoted community governance in the process of helping community social organizations grow.Based on such background and combined with the theory of energy enhancement,this paper takes J Community in Wuhan,Hubei Province as an example,and adopts participatory observation method and semi-structured interview method.This paper briefly expounds the practice of J community’s participation in the fifth venture capital for public welfare,and analyzes the background,establishment process,difficulties and causes of the project of Community Qiao’niang Needlework Workshop under the guidance of the empowerment theory.It is understood that the development of Needlework Workshop is in difficulties under the influence of the dual factors of inadequate internal management ability and inadequate external resource acquisition ability.Based on the results of the empirical investigation of J Community Qiao’niang Needlework Shop,the community public interest venture capital competition is intermixed with the whole process of capacity building of Needlework Shop to enhance its ability: first,the lack of internal management ability,the improvement of system construction and execution ability,fund raising and management ability,the establishment of organizational goals,the formation of joint forces and the enrichment of talent training courses;... |
