Against the backdrop of the new technological situation, countries are actively engaged in educational reform, combining the future of education with the future of technology. In recent years, the research of artificial intelligence has made remarkable progress, the huge application potential has been shown,in the foreseeable future, artificial intelligence is bound to bring a new round of revolutionary development to the world. There is no more important tool in the process of policy development and implementation of the integration of artificial intelligence and education than programmatic education. The national research on programming education has been increasing year by year, and primary and secondary schools,as the first place for students to develop information literacy, has received extensive attention, the importance of which is self-evident.Web-based learning communities can provide a space for programming learners to communicate their emotions and interests, for beginners, especially elementary and middle school students,to reduce the difficulty of getting started in programming, and for learners with some foundation, learning communities can provide opportunities for rapid growth. This study proposes a community-based Python learning system based on the Moodle platform, which is based on the Moodle platform that is widely used in the education field, and applies the concepts of blended learning, project teaching and informal learning. The implementation of the learning system was completed through module integration and secondary development under the guidance of theory and design.During the instructional application process, the impact of the application of the learning system on the computational thinking and programming interests of high school students was explored through the implementation of the instruction in two classes. The results show that the community-based Python learning system based on the Moodle platform for programming instruction leads to a more significant increase in computational thinking and programming interest than traditional programming instruction.
