Over the years, our research on the principles of motor skills learning has mainly focused on closed motor skills. We are accustomed to starting from the perspective of technical structure and neglecting the interaction of context in the process of open motor skills mastering. In the learning of open motor skills, the instantaneous decision-making ability of the ontology in a changeable environment is very important. Therefore, the creation of the situation is particularly important for the teaching of open sports. In view of this, the four processes of proprioception, environment presentation, ontology decision-making and ontology response of open motor skills are combined with the four stages of pre-control,control,proficiency and proficiency in the context of technical themes, and the design is designed in the context of "technical themes" Open sports skills teaching theory, and experimental verification through junior high school basketball teaching. This article uses a variety of research methods such as literature data method, experimental method, video observation method, and mathematical statistics to consult materials related to "technical topics" and open motor skills. This article discusses open motor skills in the context of "technical topics".The project teaching is designed in theory, and the students in the four classes of 2019 grade of Gaoqing County No.4 Middle School in Zibo City,Shandong Province are used as experimental objects. The application of ball skills in actual combat is to test the theory's response to open-ended motor skills in a complex and changeable environment, and students' ability to use sports skills, and to test the impact of teaching on students' physical fitness under the theory. Before the experiment, the students' body shape, age, physical fitness and basketball dribbling skills were tested.Through the T test,it was determined that there was no obvious difference between the students. The experimental group adopts this theory to design teaching, and the control group adopts traditional teaching to conduct an 18-week teaching experiment. After the experiment, the two different teaching methods were compared;the analysis and testing of the two groups of students' basketball dribbling skills in different situations in the use of abilities and physical fitness of whether there are significant differences.Analysis conclusion:1.According to the ever-changing uncertainty of open motor skills, from the learning principles of ontology perception, environment presentation, ontology decision-making and ontology response, and the ability to apply technical actions advocated in the context of "technical themes" in changing sports situations As a starting point, design an open motor skills teaching theory under the background of "technical theme".2.The open-ended motor skills teaching theory under the background of "technical theme" can significantly improve the reaction ability of junior high school students and the application ability of technical movements in a complex and changeable environment.3.According to the theory of open sports skills teaching under the background of "technical theme",the teaching design of basketball teaching in junior high schools is carried out,and it is verified that the open sports skills teaching under this theory can effectively improve the physical fitness of junior high school students, including 1min skipping rope,1min Sit-ups,sitting forward bends, and 50 m running improved significantly.
