Research On The School Motto And Cultural Education Of Yunnan Colleges And Universities

The motto of a school can not only reflect the spiritual characteristics,cultural feelings and school running pursuit of the school,but also,to a certain extent,reflect the enterprising style of the school.School motto is the accumulation and tempering of school history and culture,the sublimation of practice,the spiritual dialogue and cultural creation of a school across time and space.School motto is not only a kind of cultural resource,but also an educational resource.How to excavate,integrate and make good use of this resource is a task that must be faced and done well in the cultural education of school motto in the new era.Based on the understanding of the school motto culture,this paper mainly focuses on some colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,and analyzes and studies the education work of school motto culture in Colleges and universities in Yunnan Province.This paper first expounds the status,objectives and functions of the motto culture in the cultural education of colleges and universities.On this basis,combined with the current situation of the construction and effectiveness of the motto culture education of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,supplemented by a questionnaire survey,it finds out the problems existing in the motto culture education of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province,and summarizes the factors of the motto culture education of colleges and universities in Yunnan Province The main factors affecting the development of college motto culture education in Yunnan Province are the low degree of cooperation,the lack of content,the lack of joint force and the weak environment construction.Based on the analysis of the existing problems and influencing factors of the university motto culture education in Yunnan Province,enthusiasm of college students to participate in the university motto culture education activities,strengthening the construction of the university motto culture education environment,etc,By enriching the forms of school motto culture education activities and establishing and improving the school motto culture education mechanism,we can ensure the effectiveness of school motto culture education,and promote the school motto culture education to a higher level.
