Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region began educational reform from2009, including the use of new materials, the implementation of the newcurriculum standards. Today, high school math textbooks have alreadytried for three years, also experienced first new entrance examination,The new college entrance requirements for teaching does not reduce thecontrary, instead, improved, in order to adapt to the new situation, wemust break with the past the authority of the concept of one-man, tocreate a harmonious, friendly atmosphere in the classroom, allowingstudents to express their views, and actively explore, so as to achieve thepurpose of the Society of Knowledge. The reform of classroom teachingconcepts and teaching methods put forward new demands, the mostimportant reform of a feature is to allow students to take the initiative toexplore, independent study, so as to achieve the mastery of knowledge,and the purpose of use of knowledge. In recent years, our school isexploring the classroom teaching reform, this teaching is consistent withthe philosophy of the new curriculum reform, combined with the existingordinary teaching methods, enables students no longer terrified ofmathematics, greatly inspire students to thinking, to mobilize theirenthusiasm for learning to improve classroom efficiency, enhance studentachievement, cultivate the students’ innovative spirit and practical abilityand sense of teamwork, which every student gets a comprehensivedevelopment. The purpose of this paper is the exposition in the contextof the new curriculum, how we implement inquiry-based teachingaccording to the curriculum standards, inquiry-based teachingcomparative study with other teaching methods and find out somethingregularity better guidance in education and teaching to improve studentachievement, enrollment rate, so that they have a strong interest inmathematics, and with a certain degree of mathematical literacy. In thisthesis, the theoretical basis of the inquiry teaching mode, practice theirteaching strategies in the teaching of the inquiry teaching mode, and pointed out the limitations of the use of this teaching mode. In this paper,make use of a contrast method. Compare the inquiry teaching mode andtraditional teaching mode, compare the school entrance examinationresults with the results of each test in high school; the results of twoclasses of my own; use case analysis to show the advantages of inquiryteaching mode.
