Teachers' continuing education has new value and method in the view of teachers' specialization. Infant teachers are one part of teachers group. What measure should we take for infant teachers' continuing education in order to their major better developing? This problem is what this thesis tries to resolve. As an attempt, the author use 'Specialization' to study infant teachers' continuing education, which presents the responsibility of an infant teacher.This thesis includes three parts: Firstly, problem and background. This thesis expresses the study background from the following three angles: infant teachers' coming into being, the way of infant teachers' education developing and the history of teachers` specialization. The main idea of this thesis is put forward by the reconsidering of the author herself inquisition. Secondly, object and style. This part narrates the main object and sub-objects of infant teachers' continuing education, and then enumerates and analyzes some styles of infant teachers' continuing education. Thirdly, strategy and mode. This is the main body of this thesis. Based on the analyzing the concept 'Mode', this part build following three modes of infant teachers' continuing education: Administration Leading Mode, Kindergarten Leading Mode, Learning-by-oneself Mode...
