This article is based on "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)",by using the method of Statistics and comparative analysis,this article makes a comparative analysis on the front page,knowledge structure,chapter structure and surface system of the new edition(2019 edition)of the geography compulsory I textbook for senior middle schools published by People's Education Press and Shandong Education Press,in order to find out the similarities and differences,advantages and disadvantages in the content and compilation of the two editions of geography teaching materials,and put forward my own suggestions.The comparison leads to the following conclusions:1?The common ground(1)The style structure is the same,all adopted the "chapter-section-head",the large frame scope is basically the same.(2)The compilation goals are the same,all based on the requirements of the new curriculum standards,with the goal of fostering people and cultivating core literacy in geography.2?The differences(1)Macroscopically,the form of textbook compilation is different.The People's Education Press continues the previous element-based form;the Shandong Education Press is more innovative,and compiles it on the basis of circles from a comprehensive perspective.(2)Microscopically,chapter home page,knowledge structure and other aspects are different.In the first page of the chapter,the People's Education Press is more vivid and more focused;in the chapter structure,the columns divided by the People's Education Press are more detailed;in the knowledge structure,Shandong Education Press is more logical and focuses more on cultivating students' regional cognitive ability;in the situation design,the Shandong Education Press is more distinct in the structure and raises more clear questions,the People's Education Press is more novel and practical in the application of written materials and pictures;in conceptual language,the People's Education Press is more focused on training students' comprehensive thinking ability;in auxiliary materials and image system,in the operating system,the People's Education Press is more diverse in types,and the Shandong Education Press is more focused on the investigation of basic knowledge.In response to the above conclusions,the following suggestions are made :1?The textbook is compiled in the form of Shandong Education Edition and based on the circles,strengthens the connection between various knowledge points,and better reflects the geographical core literacy requirements in the new curriculum standard.2?The chapter structure is based on the People's Education Press,especially the clear questions on the first page of the chapter and the main points of this chapter,can form an effect that echoes the beginning and the end.3?The knowledge structure draws on the advantages of the Shandong Education edition and the People's Education edition respectively,as a whole,learn from the Shandong Education Press and compile textbooks based on the circle;in detail,learn from the People's Education Press.The knowledge required in the new curriculum standard is arranged in the main content for learning,and the problem research(unit activity)part is according to the knowledge content of each chapter,combined with the actual situation of the society,the inquiry questions are set.4?The surface system draws on the advantages of the two versions.The text system part,in the context design,borrows the structure of the Shandong Education Press "text data-picture-question" form,borrows from the People's Education Press in the selection of materials,selects more scientific content and pictures;conceptual language part both combining simple concepts,allowing students to draw conclusions through summarizing,and directly embodying complex concepts.The image system part,borrowing from the People's Education Edition,is more diversified in the types of images used.In the activity system part,the two are combined,the activity columns are divided in more detail,and the degree of distinction is reflected in the setting of activity questions.It is difficult and easy to combine,simpler to set up questions based on text content,and more difficult to set up materials.
