The Chinese traditional festival culture has experienced the long development,has accumulated the rich content,the form various cultural resources,has the positive function to the cultivation national spirit,the mold national quality.However,in modern society,because of the impact of foreign culture and youth cultural consciousness,the rich cultural significance of traditional festivals has almost been forgotten.It is an important aim of the research to explore the method suitable for middle school students to learn traditional festival culture,to help them better understand their own national culture,and to set up correct outlook on life,world and morality.The subject of Chinese is a course of Chinese language and Culture Education and inheritance of Chinese national culture,and it is also an important carrier of cultural transmission and inheritance.Through sorting out the traditional festival culture in the Chinese teaching material,the cultural connotation of traditional festival is sorted out,from big to small: The traditional festival culture has the profound civilization accumulation,Traditional Festival culture has teaching value.It is found that the Chinese textbooks have the following characteristics:covering the traditional festivals,introducing the myths and Legends of the traditional festivals;introducing the ritual culture of the traditional festivals,introducing the Historical Allusions of the traditional festivals,This paper introduces the spiritual connotation of traditional festivals.Chinese is also a very practical subject.Based on this characteristic,we have investigated the students and teachers by means of questionnaires and interviews.After collecting and arranging the data of the students' questionnaires and the teachers' interviews,through the analysis of data and data,the following four problems are found: the first one is that the knowledge of traditional festival culture is shallow.The second point is that students can deal with traditional festivals rationally,but lack of deep understanding.The third point is that teachers attach more importance to traditional festivals,but there is still a lot of room for improvement.The fourth point is the school in the traditional holiday education lacks the guidance.The fifth point is that child discipline is the most important way for students to understand the traditional festival culture.The sixth is the lack of a good social atmosphere.Based on the above six points,the method of classroom observation and collection of teaching cases,on the premise of paying more attention to the life of traditional festival culture teaching,this paper puts forward the teaching strategies of traditional festival culture from two angles of teacher s participation and non-teacher's participation.
