In recent years,the problems of teenagers' insufficient exercise,the rising rate of obesity and the deterioration of eyesight have become a hot issue.The lack of sedentary activity among these teenagers is due to a decline in their interest in physical exercise and a growing preference for mobile entertainment.Junior high school students are in adolescence,which is the second critical period of physical and mental development.Due to their lack of self-control and psychological immaturity,if they are not properly guided,allowing their development will further bring troubles to their study and life,in the short term will affect physical and mental health,in the long run is not conducive to the further development of the individual.In order to help junior high school students to improve the interest in physical exercise and develop the habit of adhering to exercise,as well as ease their dependence on mobile phone,form a healthy lifestyle.First of all,this paper takes junior high school students in Jinan,Qingdao,Zibo and Dezhou as the objects of investigation.Through the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper grasps the current situation of junior high school students through data analysis,and analyzes the differences of exercise persistence and mobile phone dependence in gender,grade and urban and rural areas.Secondly,the relationship between exercise persistence and mobile phone dependence was analyzed.Finally,the experiment was carried out on junior high school students in Gaoqing Experimental High School through the sports intervention program,in which the experimental group 20 people and the control group 15 people,the experimental group for a period of 10 weeks of sports intervention,to explore the effetcs of physical education and rule awareness on self-control ability of junior high school students' exercise persistence and mobile phone dependence.The results showed that:(1)There are 21.1% junior high school students with poor exercise persistence.The score of male students is higher than that of female students.The score of second grade students is the highest,the score of third grade students is the lowest,the score of township students is higher than that of urban students.There are19.9% junior high school students who have the tendency to rely on mobile phones.The total score of male students is higher than that of female students.The total score of second grade students is the highest and the lowest,and the total score of township students is higher than that of urban students.In addition,junior high school students who personally own mobile phones,use mobile phones for a long time and use mobile phones for a long time per day are not conducive to the formation of their exercise persistence,and junior high school students who do less exercise,do less exercise frequency and do less exercise duration have a tendency to rely on mobile phones.(2)The total score of junior high school student's exercise persistence was significantly positively correlated with the exercise intention,the exercise style and the total amount of exercise;The total score of junior high school student's mobile phone dependence was positively correlated with tolerance,avoidance,craving and negativity.There was a significant negative correlation between junior high school student's exercise adherence and mobile phone dependence.(3)After 10 weeks of sports intervention,in terms of exercise persistence:the total score of junior high school students in the experimental group was significantly higher than before the intervention,and the scores of both male and female students in the experimental group in the dimensions of exercise intention,exercise mode and exercise total were significantly improved,while the change was not significant in the control group.In term of mobile phone dependence: the total score was significantly lower than in junior high school students before the intervention,the experimental group boys in tolerability,escape,thirst,and negative dimensions scores were significantly lower,the experimental group girls in addition to escape score no significant change in the tolerance,thirst and negative dimensions scores were significantly lower,the control group no significant change.The conclusion showed that: The experimental results show that the 10-week sports intervention can effectively enhance the students' sense of rules and self-control ability,improve the junior high school students' total score of exercise persistence and reduce the total score of mobile phone dependence,can effectively cultivate and promote the junior high school students' exercise persistence and reduce their dependence on mobile phone.
