In recent years,the vicious incidents caused by the criticism of education have been frequently exposed,so that teachers and schools,students and parents have changed the color of the conversation.The cognitive level of primary school students is low and the psychological bearing ability is relatively weak.The parents of primary school students take care of their children too much,which makes it difficult for primary school teachers to implement critical education.Students who choose suicide,parents who lose control of their anger,teachers who are walking on thin ice...The implementation of critical education by primary school teachers has fallen into a dilemma.Therefore,it is an urgent practical problem for us educators to find a way out of the dilemma of critical education,re-examine the connotation of critical education and give full play to its positive role.This paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey,in-depth interview,participation observation and so on,taking the primary school teachers in J District,Q City as the research object,to study the plight of the current primary school teachers in the implementation of critical education.It is found that there are many problems in implementing critical education.Intention dilemma,behavior dilemma and effect dilemma.First of all,in terms of the willingness to implement critical education,most teachers present themselves as self-contradictory and in a dilemma.Secondly,the critical education behavior in the predicament of the prominent performance of the criticism language anomie,the criticism of a single way,the criticism of the timing is not good.Third,primary school teachers' one-way output criticism education,lack of follow-up care criticism feedback,resulting in criticism education,such as merely scratching the face,little effect.The researchers analyzed the causes of the dilemma: First,lack of social support.The national education legislation lacks detailed rules and unknown standards;Public opinion on social media is malicious propaganda,which is not objective.Secondly,there is a lack of individual identity.The negative attitude of teachers to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages makes the critical teachers lose their subjective consciousness.Pupils have low cognitive level,simple thinking and shallow perception of criticism.Parents' one-sided understanding of criticism education makes it lack of external help.In view of the above problems and reasons,the researchers put forward improvement strategies from three aspects: making clear the rationality of criticism education,ensuring the effectiveness of criticism education and enhancing the artistic quality of criticism education: improving relevant policies and regulations to ensure the reasonable exercise of criticism education;Guide the positive public opinion and construct the harmonious critical education ecology;Strengthen the home-school communication and cooperation,get the help of parents' criticism education;Establish a new type of teacher-student relationship,promote the harmonious communication between teachers and students;To build a multi-learning platform and enrich the ways of criticism education;To improve professional cultivation and critical language art;Pour emotional care,criticism does not forget the true nature of education.
